Hello, I got the K-Express single-serve coffee brewer Model K-26; however, I am blind but have no sighted person readily available to tell me the order of the buttons from top to bottom; would you please tell me the order of the buttons from top to bottom? Thanks.
Sure will. The top little button is just a light, The second one down or first real button is 12 oz, then 10 oz, then 8 oz. the 4th button is the strong brew button the last button is the power button. the machine will turn on automatically when you open the lid and it will shutoff automatically after 5 minutes of no use.

Hello again; I notice with my Keurig K-Express I got from Amazon that water slowly leaks from somewhere on the bottom and wets the counter; the reservoir is installed correctly, and the drip tray has nothing in it at all; is this leakage from the bottom a common problem? If so what's the best thing to fix this, other than returning the machine to Amazon somehow? I am blind so taking it to the post office may be a problem, but if there's a fix for this leaking problem, that would be good. In your use of this machine do you notice leakage from the underside of the machine, and if so how was it fixed? Thanks; keep up the good work.
Wow so sorry to hear yours is leaking. I have not taken apart this coffee maker yet. Some Keurig's come apart easy and some do not. Sounds like a Line has come loose inside. I would call Keurig customer service at 866-901-2739, they have great customer service, I bet they will send you one.

I called customer service; I get the runaround; they seem to be offshore somewhere; some have accents that are hard to understand; any way one can talk to someone here in the good old USA about the abovementioned problem and get a resolution to it? Why do they put the call centers in other countries with folks with accents that are hard to understand? That is the real peril of outsourcing; bring those jobs back to the USA!!!

Question! What do they mean by high altitude mode, and what is the purpose of it?
@@T3CHGY007 If you live in lets say Denver where the elevation above sea level is over 5,000 ft the water will boil at a lower temp. so if your Keurig is making a lot of steam and not much coffee then you need to put it into High altitude mode so the water is not as hot going through the k cup so it does not boil out.
Which one is better between the two?
I like the Walmart K Express essentials , its a little cheaper and you only loose bold brew the the other express

About 46 seconds for 6 oz cup. Add 10 seconds per 10 ounce size. Around 170 degrees temp.

How do you put this in strong mode?manual says hold strong button down for 3 seconds while unit is off but I can't get it to work...keurig is no help...
When I get up in the morning and I turn the machine on, please tell me how I know when the water is hot and it’s ready to brew. There’s nothing that tells you.
its ready as soon as you are, it has a heater that heats the water as it is brewing so no need to wait just put k cup in and push brew button adn it will start that quick
What dose the bold botton due?
The brew is a little longer and slower. same temp and amount

Hi everyone. Say I just got this machine and I have a question. I Downloaded the user guide and it says you can put this machine in strong mode where it brews strong after every cup by..pressing the strong button for 3 seconds with brewer off and plugged in..light is suppisedto blink twice..when ready to brew without strong setting(like cocoa) .. press strong button until its light goes out...does not seem to work for me...anyone know?I contacted keurig and got the runaround on this issue.help!
These things are CRAP. We're on our 3rd one , 2nd replaced because other 2 only worked for few weeks and pump out cold coffee. So loud as well. These things are garbage. Do not buy

Just ordered one. I know the one at Costco the supreme plus they have had a lot of problems with. I have the k1500 but it's not brewing k cups correctly. Alot of people are impressed with this one. The secret for all Keurig machines is use Brita water
@@chrisburgess6964 yes these things are so cheaply made. Even with bottled water we only use in our RV , these personal ones or mini ones keep breaking down not working for long. Bottled water and bottled spring water is good and still the machines stop working for us. After 4 machines we had to wash hands of this brand. China crap. They even sent us a free one after we wasted over 400 bucks on 4 machines. The free one also stopped working so this brand has proven to be CRAP. They threatened me and told me I better not publicly give bad reviews of their products. Hillarious. I gotta set up a video and show all of the problems we has with this brand.
@@eddiespagetti8395 well I have had them my original one still works same with the k1500 I bought it second hand. Your the only one that seems to have problems. It could be something wrong with your trailer and the power supply with a power surge
@@chrisburgess6964 no issues with my power. Also I found several people at Walmart said same thing. The mini ones are crap. Bad reviews everywhere on the minis. They sell em off for 39 buck on sale then back to 79 or more. I had a big one and it lasted long time just these minis don't last long. One lasted 2 cups brewed and pump stop working. Loud sounds they make as well. Very loud
