The more videos that I watch, the more impressed I become with you, Judy. Thank you for doing so many, and keep them coming. You are tremendous! Thanks again and cheers from Baltimore!!!!
@@NutritionwithJudy thank YOU Judy. I share a painful past and a sad history with you, (in relation to being misled, confused and injured by bad diet and health advice 😪) and you're a sound and inspiring voice to listen to.🙏 I share your content with all people I know it'll help open their eyes.👍 Saludos from Spain 🇪🇦🍻and keep up the great work and journey!!
That’s why I tried it because if I didn’t like it I could always go back to they way I was eating. However my clean diet with lots of veggies and green shakes etc wasn’t working so I was ready to try it. This way of eating (carnivore/keto) has given me Strength, energy, mind clarity, mental happiness, more hormonal balance and my stress level is more balanced as well.
Wow Judy! You deserve so much credit for the amount of quality content you put out! From interviews to nutritional profile breakdowns of various carnivore foods and so much more. I’ve been a fan awhile and will continue to be you did it again with another great interview. Thank you.
I just can't eat more than 100 grams of fat and protein a day in the 4 years I have been ketovore 95% meat and maybe 10 carbs of Asparagus, lettuce, avacado and berries. I drink my coffee not giving it up again there was no change so no need to not drink. I use HWC and raw egg.
I have been carnivore for only a few months. I started specifically because I had pretty bad anxiety and knew enough that it could be food related. I am amazed at how much it has helped, quite quickly. It also took away a few of my pms symptoms, migraines, and some inflammation I have been dealing with from an old injury on my knee. My only disappointment with the carnivore way of eating is that I have lost very little weight. I have about 25-30 lbs to lose. However, that aside, I feel so good and have very little cravings or desire to even eat non-carnivore now. I am not eating anything besides meat this month to see if that helps further, and then will reevaluate in the future if I want to add some cheese or animal byproducts back in the future… To those who are on the fence. Try it. Carnivore is really eye opening.
I hope more people find their way to Judo Cho. She is such a beautiful person who deeply cares for people. If you don’t have her book already buy it now!
I'm 52 and have stumbled on to this way of lifestyle experience one month ago and have gone from 276 pounds to 252 pounds. I've been battling with Diverticulitis for years and that hasn't been a problem since I started this carnivore path. My wife has started two weeks ago and is also seeing and feeling the results. I can't even begin to explain how much passion has came back into our lives. I had dark depression before starting the carnivore way and that depression was gone by day 3. Desire to be active went through the roof and libido...I feel like I'm twenty again. I can't thank this community enough. Thank you so much for all the information and passion.
I am totally here for this content! On day 2 of carnivore and feeling empowered to change the course of my health. Time for these chronic migraines to take a hike.
32 months carnivore, going slowly I only just recently quit alcohol and coffee all the way, and took up IF about 2 years in. You really don't have to go hard core day one to feel much, much better.
Due to protein diet, My hair is growing like crazy. It was fine thin and it's getting super healthy. Skin and teeth have gotten nicer... and my pale butt can finely tan!
New subscriber. This video came up on the youtube homepage algorithm and I'm glad it did! You asked questions I was very interested in. Intelligent, educated/informed, straightforward atmosphere without the typical influencer nonsense. Thank you!
I'm a 57yr old male, carnivore for 1 1/2 yrs. My libido is through the roof. I don't ever remember having a sex drive and performance like this when l was in my 20's or 30's.
I happened across this video title today and, by chance, I'm 2 weeks into my own personal Carnivore January. It seemed like a great way to get back into more disciplined eating after the holidays. I'll probably go back to keto starting February but carnivore is serving me for right now. I eat as much as I want, whenever I want. My weight is staying steady. There's no hairball in shower every morning and my nails seem stronger. I feel great. I like that meat is simple, there's less decision-making. I don't think about sides or making things fancy.
I had been doing the keto/carnivore diet for over a year. I hit a weight stall so I went to a mostly carnivore diet 2 months ago. 3 weeks ago I went strictly carnivore. I feel so much better. My physician had to lower my thyroid meds.
Carnivore diet does work. Already lean and I do powerlifting/strongman lifts. In two weeks, I lost 3.2 lbs of body fat and lost no muscle mass. Strength did no drop. You’ll have your first few days of adjustments. Such as foggy mind and headaches. Goes away. Within 5-7 days, your toilet will become your friend. Then goes away. Overall, huge boost in energy with no crashes.
Many times the thyroid is tricky to assess. I work with a "keto-integrative-doc" & it took me over 2 years of back & forth + testing to get the thyroid replacement best it could be... I did my own research and I asked the doc for Cytomel, which is only T3. I explained that the mixed T4 & T3 took too long to convert. Doc said ok. I currently take a little of both types of meds. I've met many women that express the thyroid meds don't work... so, point is, assuming that it's the carnivore diet most likely isn't correct. It's a random association.
He seems to be texting while she talks sometimes and that’s inconsiderate. I’m grateful that I listened to him and learned about carnivore and he seems like he’s generally rude person. An intelligent charismatic rude person.
Everyone has habitudes while they interview. If you watch Dr. Baker with other interviews, he tends to do that. I can take it personally but he's able to answer the questions well... so I'm guessing it's the way he interviews... staring at a phone than just staring at a camera. I've met him in person several times and he's a nice person. I'd take a Dr. Baker all day that's real (good and bad) than a lot of influencers that aren't as openly real.
I think he’s SO clear-minded ftom his lifestyle, that he’s able to follow the interview questions and keep up with whatever “appears” to be “rude”. It’s obvious he cares enough to share… 💕
Humans and their ancestors ate meat almost exclusively for hundreds of thousand, if not millions, of years. Eating a plant based diet is a very recent change. Plant based is the fad diet.
If you struggle with MS, consider my video on CIRS. th-cam.com/video/AR4FVi9Q-C8/w-d-xo.html. I have clients with MS and they are in remission with Carnivore!
They're very convincing. One thing I give them is that they are a very unified front with their messaging. It's something the carnivore community could do better with.
@Axileus if we can't get enough fat in take for sure we need to eat carbs just like how we started farming 10,000 years ago. I also ate healthy carbs following weston a price rules, but at the end, a bit messed up my health.
@@NutritionwithJudy "ray peat diet' is pretty close to carnivore. Milk, eggs, cheese, liver, oysters, beef, low pufa fish etc, just with the addition of fruit, and sucrose when fruit isn't available, but people turn that into dumping sugar into your orange juice, drinking cola and cafe con leche all days etc while taking thyroid progesterone dhea etc. Clearly some people feel better including fruit, and I don't see an issue with that.

Two of the most level headed and common sense people in the carnivore sphere. Thanks 👍

Thanks Judy please dig deeper into carbohydrate controversy.
Lot more coming on it, especially the risks of purines (meats) and fructose (fruits and other foods with fructose) causing metabolic damage.

Couldn't agree more!
I'm mostly carnivore to begin with. But I already had 15 chocolate covered almonds this month. LOL. Okay, I'll do better starting TODAY!
There is no perfection. Take it day by day, meal by meal. What's most important is what you do for 80% of the days🥩
Fermented foods like sauerkraut?
I am on levothyroxine and on carnivore should I stop levo
No one in the carnivore space said eat sugar.... Honey, fruit, white rice, etc but no one ever said sugar...
Not true. Carnivore Aurelius promotes sugar heavily. and white sugar.
@@NutritionwithJudy well he has lost his mind lol.
I went to raising protein and blood sugar went high

anyone know if the carnivore diet has ever healed relapsed multiple sclerosis ?

I did fall into it for several months. I did NOT do well on it! Carnivore has been the best diet I have ever tried. 👍🏻
Awful
