    Great vid as always, Mr. Twyman. Would you mind sharing what brand of dip bars you are using here? Those look very straight and very stable. I bought a pair of 'SportsRoyals' off of Amazon and they are neither.

    I can hold tuck shoulderstand but have trouble straightening my legs. Do you think it is more of lacking strenght or balance? Your shoulders seem to stay in the same place regardless of legs being tucked or straight.

      It’s normally a combination of balance, positioning and confidence especially if you have a strong tuck Shoulderstand
