Dr. A at 00:15 when you started introducing the blood types it seems as if the negative blood types have the anti-D but isn’t it in fact true that it’s the positive blood types contain the anti-D ?
No because you don’t make antibodies to RBC antigens that you have. If you have D you won’t make anti-D. If you have A, you won’t make anti-A. You might be getting it confused with what happens when you type blood. When we type blood we mix unknown RBC with known anti sera (anti-D) if you have the antigen on the RBC it will react with the anti sera. That’s how you know they have the D antigen and are Rh positive
