Very cool video! Always looking for ways to improve my own care and knowledge for my own BRB. Funnily enough, my own girl, at 2 years, has finally started unfreezing when out. Plus, she never soaks in her very large water bowl, so definitely depends on the individual personality as well. Glad to hear my own feeding schedule has been a good rate. Heard that at the beginning of keeping my girl, BrBs can't handle as big of meals as often. My girl definitely has several years of growing left before shes adult size.
I am considering switching out a glass aquarium screen top with foil to retain humidity to a clear plastic tote with holes drilled. Any concern with gases from the plastic tote?
According to manufacturers, there should be no risk posed at all. But others have expressed their doubts about plastic for concern that eventually the material will denature, particularly under heat and lighting and a saturated environment.
