When I express my feeling to my bf that Im not comfortable and trust him,asking him directly some questions he become defensive.He cheated once,so I can't deny that myself that my trust to him is gone.and he is getting mad at me and nervous.

Im in a relationship where i need to be extremely careful with how i deliver ANY information. So i am very aware of my tone, how im delivering it, even the time of day that i try to deliver it. So what do you do when you bring things up nicely and a non blaming way but they are still defensive?
