This limited edition PRS SE guitar was built to celebrate 35 years of PRS instrument innovation and is based on the "one that started it all" - the legendary PRS Custom 24. My amazing girlfriend just got me one for my birthday yesterday!!! This exact color!! I love the guitar and I'm going to marry her!!!!
why can’t this be so easy
You found your soulmate. Hold on to her.
@Ognjen Dzunic That's my plan! Also I just started teaching her to play on this same guitar! 😁
I love this haha (might show this comment to my gf hehe)
I've loved PRS guitars for 15 years and I think I found my favourite colour. What a beautiful finish
Awesome job! I just ordered this guitar yesterday and I can’t wait.
I was on the fence between this and the SE Paul’s guitar. Your killer review sealed the deal. Just ordered the 35th Anniversary. Can’t wait, that color is amazing!
I'm having exactly the same debate atm!
I was in the same boat. This new blue one put it over for me.
Or just do like me and get both 😂
How are you enjoying the guitar Jason...8 months on?
@@Z4kYb0I I actually returned it shortly after purchase. There were a lot of manufacturing flaws in the neck pocket which I felt was unacceptable for a $1,000 guitar. It played and sounded great, but those flaws were enough to return it.
I bought the faded blue version and l am impressed. I love both the looks and the sound. It was a very
good deal for the price.
The best neck to action combination I’ve ever owned 🔥🤟🏼
Using other videos with this setup from Dagan as a comparison, this guitar sounds damn good.
I want to buy every guitar Dagan demos. With that said, this PRS practically sells itself. What a beautiful color plus abalone inlays. But I wonder why he didn't touch the tremolo once during his review. Tuning concerns perhaps???
Ordered mine today.. looking forward to rocking this beastie
just purchase this guitar and added the newly released spark amp arrives in a 2 weeks........seriously excited to get my "rock" on.....
I did exactly the same. Got my Spark a month ago, you're going to love it, real smart piece of gear.
Better than a Yamaha thr?
Got a message this beauty was ready for me to try in the local shop.. and then all "non-essential" shops closed for COVID measures. Can't wait until they open again :)
i could listen to this guy for fucking hours
Great demonstration of wot sounds like a class guitar, looks like your in ya element playing hard rock 🎸🎸
Best neck I ever played in was a "thin wide U" on the bottom-of-the-barrel LTD KH202 the cheapest of Kirk Hammetts models. It was the only one that was unfinished. The "upgraded" 602 and so on had finished glossy necks...
Ok yea, I’m buying one
Just ordered mine!
I’d think I’d be annoyed if I’d sprung for the Black Gold Wrap Burst in the first run. This looks way better.
i personally like the black neck on the gold wrap, the tan neck on this looks a bit generic imo at least in video. But the body of both looks amazing
Damn, this guy is tall!! While I look like a kid when holding a telecaster...
i was going to ask why that guitar looks like a toothpick!!!!
@@infiniteandroid exactly what I thought!!
I am considering either PRS 35th Anniversary SE Custom 24 or PRS SE Paul's Guitar. Any thoughts?
Is the body thicker compared to other se custom?
マーティフリードマンが(日本語の時と同じテンションで)英語しゃべってる時のイメージがめっちゃ出てくる声(実際のマーティの英語はもっと落ち着いてクールに喋ることが多くて、日本語のイメージと違いがあった)
Personally wish the pickups were a little bit hotter
The TCI(s) pickups are actually pretty hot already. About 11k ohms each.
Is this Made in indonesia??
yes
The only thing I hate about this guitar is the neck. It's too thin. I just wish it had a thicker neck.
hey, why we don´t have legends in the video?
How hot are the pickups in this compared to something like PAF?
hotter than a tone zone and air norton, is the onlu comparisson i done.
@@javierpizarro7806 Woah that's really high output.
I have AN/TZ combination too and i was looking for something with less output somewhere in the PAF ballpark.
@@melodica5407 i found AN and TZ to be more on the more softer side, also the prs stock pickups deliver significant more sustain and reverberation, very impresive. Im planning on leaving mine completely stock its good.
Limited to 3000
Prs' Korean guitars steadily approach their American counter parts.
This was made in Indonesia.
@@Lovell93 Correct the new imports are coming out og Indonesia.
aand it's out of tune..
I seriously want to buy this guitar. But am I the only person in the world who thinks PRS guitars sound really flat for there price. Like there's no fullness in their tone.
No you're not the only buddy, but there's not enough depth in the middle, I'm also thinking of taking it, even have an idea to swap the sound-takers for the Bare Knuckle Juggernaut ...Look at the chatreeo th-cam.com/video/UMMdnWGzfi0/w-d-xo.html I liked the sound most of all in this position starting with17:30
I agree their pickups sound thin too me. I switched them out for Seymour Duncan Pearly Gates
@@MrGlasstech smart move
@@apollogetty2840 I met Chatreoo in Bangkok, lived there for 3 years with my Thai wife. He is a beast on the Guitar, I am sure you know. He convinced me to get a PRS for my Son here in USA.......he loves it. th-cam.com/video/69j0BinmXSs/w-d-xo.html
I hear you need to change the pickups, the nut and the tuners to have a decent SE that stays in tune and sounds good.
$6K in Australia, definitely not affordable
$6K for the one made in USA.. That 's not this guitar...But after a little search on the internet, it seems that none online shops in Australia have the SE version anymore.....
6k? I got mine for £899 here in The UK
6K for the real nice one made in USA with carved top, better electronics and tremolo bar, hard case, etc, etc
This one costs 1K and still sounds pretty good
