Are those water sprays up top spraying down onto the brush? If so, I know it keeps the dust down, but does it help with sweeping overall?

Do you prefer the BU or BP style of broom from CAT? The BP has a castor wheel on the front it looks like.

We have one with the caster and I think it's terrible. Definitely don't like it
