Hi! The part after the Palm trees with the loungers are private until path that goes along the beach (further in the video I am standing on that path) . Everything after that path until the sea is public. So in reality the actual beach part with access to the sea is public. You just get a private sandy area. The public part can get crowded on public holidays or special occasions but so fsr it's never been crowded when we were there! Hope that helps :)
I stayed mid may and the pool was not open although it showed on the website so I knew it in advance. You can get access to the pool next door though from the reception. We didn't bother and just swam in the sea😊
