Unfortunately, my issue seems to be one nobody else has ever had: I can get into the elevator with Nancy just fine. The door closes, she says something about having to search her footage, and the elevator just sits there. Door is closed, panel in the elevator says it's going down, but it's not going anywhere. It never goes anywhere, I'm stuck inside, and can't do squat. I've tried reloading multiple saves, even saves before I called Nancy and redid the entire thing. Still the elevator doesn't budge.
