I love crass listening to their music always made me question things and go look something up.
Most other punk bands are just spewing up talking points like "eat the rich" without explaining why, what would that do etc...
I would really like to listen some punk band creating a song about the IMF and explain how IMF predatory loans to 3rd world countries work and what the catch is...
Most punk rock reminds me more of political youtubers and political twitch streamers that in reality are just online drama channels that are design to preach to the choir.
If I go watch left wing youtubers I will learn a lot about of private life of individual right wing youtuber and same is in reverse.
But how US economy actually works, how NATO works, how foreign policy works, their trappings, benefits and cost etc... no so much...
If I asked many of youtube political personalities about details of the PETRODOLLAR on either side they would know very little about.

Mike get on the horn and get some of your punk buddy's on the cast. We need Milo, Russ from good riddance, Fletcher, Joey Cape and last but not least would be absolutely hilarious if you had Henry Rollins on.

I thought Fat Mike was the biggest music snob until Finn came on the show. Guy is the biggest elitist of them all. Shits on every band and genre but gets away with it because he says “it’s not my cup of tea but respect for their success.”

G-d, I remember how Fat Wreckchords was like, the biggest fuxking, most important label imaginable...I remember my friend saying, "every band that signs to Fat starts to sound like NoFX," and I thought that was ok because NoFX had such an amazing sound...That voice! Those guitars!

Mike: I gotta tell you, I don't want to get into details, but YOUR VOICE and YOUR SONGS have saved my life twice. I full on love you for what art youve put into this udderly (yes I said udderly,) fucked world. Your harmonies, both vocal, and musical, make my heart warm. It's like not Bracket level, but yours are so much better. AndI like Bracket. It's like a punk rock barbershop quartet. I love it. Thank you, Not that Fat at all Mike. Thank you.
