  • Inside the New York Palace Hotel on Madison Avenue is Le Cirque 2000 - Manhattan's most legendary and celebrated five-star restaurant. Everyone who's anyone vies for a good table under the big top here. The man behind Le Cirque is not the chef - it's the owner: Sirio Maccione. Joan gets total access with Sirio behind the scenes: from the 6am delivery trucks showing up with the country's best meat and produce, to the army of people preparing everything, to the chef whose expertise and taste buds create unforgettable meals, to the wine director revealing the art of choosing the right wines. Joan becomes a part of the backstage choreography, making deserts and learning what makes this restaurant the best of the best.

You would think a circus themed restaurant would have performances going on during service.
