The Chinese edition has a sort of thing for new zombies that would make Jester Zombie jealous in how much they mess up your strategy. Sky City is their highest power level so far.
Yeah like every zombie is tuff and with limited planting space it’s hard
Plus those plane fighter imps really do a number on your plants if they spawn in groups
I’ve played the game for 2 year, therefore I’m speaking experience, upon beating a level, you gain one star (two for hard mode), once you get a certain amount of stars, the game rewards you with something, with that being a perm buff such as seed slots, a costume for a plant (costumes actually give plants different plant food abilities), Plants themselves, plant upgrades (explaining how this works will take 10 years)

This is my favourite chinese world ever. For a chinese world this feels the most creative and the least buggy. I love how dead zombies fall into the background.

Something tells me that Sky City took up 99% of the development process.
I like to think some of the zombies that fall end up attacking you in the Lost Kingdom stage

It would also give plants like Caulipower, Rotabaga and Ghost Pepper a new usage rather than just being able to be planted over water in the Big Wave Beach

They really missed out adding these into the international version. We got chump change in comparison. Regardless of compatibility issues, an extra half the game would have been fantastic. All you need is a little polish and a nice touch-up on a few concepts and it’s a goldmine.
I feel like I have been given half a game now, yes they aren’t smooth but who cares, they have so much!

This world feels very PvZ1 esque, this seems like a logical new world after roof ngl. Although it would also be perfect for PvZ2 with maybe some zombie changes

its crazy and unique and theres so much cool stuff and its visually all really good imo too and the zombot fight looks incredible
having phase 3 be a complete shift followed by basically a brief touhou segment? thats so sick. only thing remotely close to that in the internation version is prolly neon mixtape tour having 5 phases that change the music, but thats nothing compared to how crazy this one seems
It would be better if the Ampthurium could also shoot thunderbolts backwards to attack the imps coming from behind, that would make the game easier

Sky City was a real pain in the glutes when i 1st played PVZ2 China. This game throws so many unexpected twists. You feel like you make mistakes unlocking the eras all the time because you encounter a day or night that you can't beat because there are plants that you don't have.
This has to be my favorite world by far, I do not own the Chinese version of PvZ however, the original concept and the new aspects of this world sound so fun to play and plus, you get to experience something new and there’s even the fact that the animations aren’t as choppy looking as in the other worlds.
A really great video showcasing the zombies! I’ll be waiting for the Renaissance Era as well as the Heian Age. Also, another video idea is to overanalyze each plant in each chinese exclusive world. Whaddaya say??

A whole video about all the exclusive plants would probably need to be split into multiple videos just based on how many there are, but it'd be cool to see what names some of them have compared to what I call them

I just wish the Android version of Pvz 2 Chinese didn't have such distorted audio. Like the iOS version doesn't have that issue.
The only thing not distorted in iOS ver is the music. All the sounds are still compressed af
@@pora5000 there are still sounds that the android version doesn’t have. For example, the sound of the peashooter plant food
on the two occasions ive tried to play pvz2c the textures got really corrupted and it became unplayable. i could deal with crusty audio but not being able to see sucks. especially when you cant read any of it either

either he's the only one of the two who survived the explosion, or they merged.
This has got to be the best world from the chinese version of the game, although it could be better quality.
The quality of the game isn't as good as the international version, but they are at least getting actual content
This is the most definitive, exclusive and impressive world out of all in pvz2c. It's actually finished (unlike every other exclusive world in pvz2c except Kongfu world), has a better balance between plants and zombies (there isn't zombies or plants that are too op or too weak, most have their uses) and it's got interesting mini-games and special criterias. I love it so much.
The first two worlds were made by a different team, if it was the same team for the rest of the worlds I would say pvz2C would be better than pvz2

Its not balanced, if you actually played this world for yourself you would realize the second bullet hell minigame is extremely HARD, way more HARDER than Wild West Day 35 in international itself, its anything but balanced lmao
I wish for extra powerful zombies like Gargantuans and Zomboss Boss battles you compared them to average Gargantuan/Zomboss Boss hp pool to see if the chinese variants gave them more health or no
Well they have some (I hate it) variants with
Cavalry zombie (2 powerfull zombie with 1 extra strong additional wall)
Fairytale forest gargantuar with the princess imp : a gargantuar that have a shield as strong as gargantuar, if it throw that imp. The imp will call 3 calvary zombie

I've noticed in any video, the footage of Chinese PvZ2 has absolutely awful sound compression. Is this a result of emulation, recording methods, or does the game do this purposefully to save on space due to the much larger file size?
Yeah the game's audio is really bad and there's nothing I can do about it. Emulation has nothing to do with it too.

I know i late but i want to say
1. Need more polish on this world
2. Ampharium should able to absorb electric (sometimes it doesnt) and able to shoot backwards
3. Twin engine zombie need an indication IF one of their engine is destroyed
4. Flying Pot could be a nice additional plant
5. Ampharium should able to resist much longer with zomboss electric type attack (the bullet hell especially)
If I could pick one world to add to the international version, this would be it.
I wish that they made the garg a plane like robot thing or that they would flap their arms before death, again, like a cartoon character

I know this video is from a year ago, and I’ve played some Chinese version before, but only in this video did I notice that the sky city theme song has a little reference to the pool theme song from pvz1 in it.

I know the Chinese worlds are buggy and kinda hard but we are really missing out on the international version they just need to be polished up and they would be amazing (glad I have the Chinese version tho)
You should've showed what happens if a Zombie do destroy the shield, does the game over screen immediately pop up, or do the Zombie land and walk up to the house then eat your brain?
It just fades to black, then the retry and quit buttons appear.
