I think it's written in bisaya, but I'm having a difficult time finding a translation and it's really important because it could drastically affect my future. Also, can anyone point me in the right direction to accurately translate bisaya? I recently started trying to learn bisaya because I plan to visit the Philippines next year. The lousy translation I was coming up with is "flaw in support" and thought she was making a comment that her ex either would not, or could not support her. Long story short, I got involved with a Filipino girl back in Feb, we started chatting back in Nov though, but after being involved with her 6-7 weeks she asked me for money. She asked for an allowance ($50...I know it's not much but hear me out) so that she could quit her part-time job and focus on her studies..which I agreed to because $50 is not much to me thankfully, but I still felt she crossed a line by asking me this especially so early in our relationship. Anyway, after giving her the monthly allowance (that she originally said would be plenty) she is now asking for $15 more a month, mainly so we can have more video chats...yes I know it's not much more, but it's the principal and I feel she's now taking advantage of me to see how much she can actually get out of me. Now granted, she still lives at home with her parents and they are very poor, this I'm sure of, and this is another reason why I agreed to originally because I felt sorry for their situation. My intuition tells me to end it with her because she will probably pull the same thing in a few more months. I have an uncanny ability to get involved with manipulators and cheaters...it's truly amazing. I'm 42 years old and never been married because I keep getting involved with women like THIS. So again Judy, THANK YOU SO MUCH, you have made me feel better and I am forever indebted to YOU. Though I was wrong about the translation, I still feel my next move should be to end it with her. Hi, what's the difference between biyai sa biyaa? Or paliti ug palita, ghigugmaa ug higugmai..etc, I always hear people saying words that sometimes ends with "I or a"
Some of these are just variations. Biyai - is to leave. Biyaa this I think is a variation. Paliti - to buy for someone else Palita - it is imperative that you buy the item Gihigugma - loved while higugmai could be a variation. I never heard of higugmai. Hope this helps.

I think she combines "gihigugma teka" and "mahal kita" (Tagalog). It should be "gihigugma teka/tika" In Cebuano, "kita" means "we/us". Another meaning is Kita - "see" with an accent that has a dropping tone at the end Example: Kakita ka? - have you seen it? Makakita ka? - Can you see it? Kita? - see that? Another meaning is... Kita - "sale" refers to the money Example: Pila na ang kita? - how much is our sales?

Gud = KASI in Tagalog Ex: Ikaw kasi = Ikaw man gud. Depending on the situation. Gud has plenty of meanings. Jud = TALAGA in Tagalog Ex: Ang ganda mo talaga = Guapaha/Kaguapa jud nimo(uy)
