I take such influence from your edits bud. I love the way you use the music to build on the story and atmosphere. The scenery shots are incredible as well pal. Back to your best with this one IMO 💪🤙
Thanks Jamie, means a lot 👍 I've got a new riding bag that fits a decent amount of camera gear, so the aim is to start including a few more cinematic sequences if I can. Really keen to up my game a bit. But I'm glad the little attentions to detail make a noticeable difference!
@@DistrictMountainBiker they do mate. I've just completed my most cinematic edit yet. I can't say it is up to your standards but I am so looking forward to sharing it with you all. When we riding by the way? We need to get of our backsides and commit some dates to calendars 🤙🙌
I just did the red trail at grizedale forest and I wanted to do the black after but I was knackered! Never realised it was so severe proper bone shaker!
I've only done the red at Grizedale once many years back, but I remember it being tiring. Usually head there to ride the off piste trails now, there's so much more to explore 🤙
That's a tough one but you can't go wrong with Keswick or Ambleside (or nearby places out of the main towns) they get crazy busy but there's loads within riding distance of each. I guess it depends what you see as the best trails too haha
Can't remember the exact brand but if you look up the Mucky Nutz Face Fender XL, it's the same as that. It's not designed to be used on the rear but works just fine 👍
Visited the route last year and loved it 👌 unfortunately the bottom section was getting cleared out and trees where lying everywhere so had to climb through it all 🤦🏻♂️ need to plan a return now it's clear 👍
I'm always struggling for free time at the minute haha but send me a message in instagram and we can always try a ride at dent some time, that's where I've been riding most recently
@@DistrictMountainBiker ah dude thats wicked I didn't expect a reply 🤣 the only problem is I don't use the usual socials. Is there another way to get in touch?
Love the videos mate! What phone mount do you use on your handlebars? I’m getting back into mtb after about 6/7 years out and your videos give me inspiration to go out and explore!
Hi mate what would you say is your favourite ride/loop round the Lake District. I see you ride round there a lot and I’m planning my first ride round there. I’m reading Nan Bield is voted one of the best.
Hard to say what's the best as there's so many options but if you're looking for a classic big day out in the lakes then Nan Bield, Helvellyn, or the Borrowdale Bash are some of the most popular. If you look up the route on LakesMTB: Rossett Ghyll - Esk Hause - Stake Pass that's another that I want to try soon, looks pretty awesome.
Hope to see some more vlogs man! Quality
nothing can beat these early morining rides in the lakes with beautiful views and amazing light!
The early starts always pay off! Though it can take some convincing to drag yourself out of bed haha
The beautiful lake district. Great video as always.
Thank you! 👍

Did cragg fell last night. The go pro effect makes this look so flat compared to how it really is
The grassy section at the top is crazy steep haha, so hard to scrub off speed!
go to mount hooley alston cumbria
