For me that proves you really take the game, I agree with you, its a mess to setup the original game but still I prefer the original for multiplayer. We live in the age of roll/flip & write version of each success game, so should be more reviews like this, comparing both version. Maybe player sheets should be designed on a different way instead of bringing the original ship board. I love roll/flip & write but not every adaptation of other games make sense on F&W versions. For me is a pity because the original game is so bulky. I really appreciate your review specially your time for final thoughts. There are great reviews on your channel with off radar games that are not easy to find out on other channels
I feel like the problem really lies with how she chose to fill everything in instead of do what the game recommends and NOT do that. I play a lot of roll and writes. Having trouble differentiating blocks is WHY I tell people not to color them in with stripes or dots or anything.
