Nayak charges crazy amounts tho he has the prices on his site. 40-50k for deep neck facelift that includes buccal fat pad. His buccal fat alone is 10k, that means for a deep neck lift would be what 30-40k wtf here in miami there are several good surgeons who can do great results for 5-10k easily. Only reason to choose nayak is if you have bulging salivary glands which most people don’t otherwise any good surgeon can remove the fat behind platysma and tighten the muscles
the average facelift in the usa , out of the 60,000 done every year is about$10,000 thats with the neck, a cheek/jowl lift, mid face lift averages about $5,000.

I'm freaking out. I'm 10 days postop and didnt know I couldn't stretch my neck backwards. When did you start stretching head back after surgery? Any problems? When did your dr say you could bend neck?

U do so many and the chin LIPO so popular and affordable here but I’m 37 and over weight my face does shrink I just do t think I really need a neck lift not at 37
I do weight training that strains the puscles when lifting will this affect the results long term, or after this procedure no more weight lifting for ever...?

It takes me 20 minutes to remove the bilateral Buccal fat

Mini neck lift if your young and just lost weight u do t need full on neck lift guys a mini is fine if u even need it at all
