They have some spray that you can spray on your hair after you do it to keep humidity away

I love long vlogs!! What I do for my hair so it can last for a week while working out 5 times a week. I put dry shampoo before I workout and I put it in a bun on the top of my hair. The dry shampoo will absorb all the sweat and your roots won't get ruined. Put it in your entire scalp.
