DynDOLOD is asking to select a Skyrim related mode, no Fallout. It says it was loaded without a game mode command line argument. I can't find away around this. I don't have Skyrim currently installed and won't be installing it.
If you don't use MO2 (eg I use Vortex for FO4 & Starfield, for Reasons), you can just fire up a cmd prompt then cd to the folder txgen64.exe is in, then run it using: .\texgen64.exe -fo4 Alternatively, if you're likely to run it many times as you get updated texture files, create a txt file in the folder the exe is in, edit it to add %~dp0TexGenx64.exe -fo4 then rename the txt file to eg FO4texgen.bat - with that you now have a batch file that sets the command directory to the folder it's run from, then fires up texgen with the -fo4 switch. That way you can simply double-click the bat file to run texgen.
Or ofc you can add it as a tool in Vortex - sorry I'd forgotten about that as I rarely use that facility... Target is the exe, command line is just the switch -fo4
Thanks for the video. Short, sweet, straight to the point. 👍

You need to use mod organizer to enter the arguments
