Top of Toes: 2 minutes alternating feet OR 1min left foot & 1min right foot 3. Inside Feet: 2 minutes alternating feet OR 1min left foot & 1min right foot 4. Outside Feet: 1min left foot & 1min right foot
I wouldn't be surprised if it's glute tightness. Pigeon stretch is a good glute stretch, look that up and start doing it multiple times a week for 25 seconds on both legs
