    👉 I'm Adam, an American in the UK, and I've been writing about fitness and self-improvement since 2012 on my blog @ www.gains.af.
    👉 I make one blog post and one youtube post a week! I talk about fitness, business, personal finance, language learning, and anything else I feel like.

    On top of your points about how there isn't really a meaningful difference between the two brands, I also think there's something really insidious about primarily pushing a "healthy" kids food based on it being "lower calorie", full stop. Pointing kids towards calorie watching is a surefire path towards facilitating them developing eating disorders or neuroses. There are *much* better ways to encourage healthy, mindful eating for kids.
