  • Regaining Hand Strength in Paralysis | Best Hand Paralysis Exercise | SRIAAS
This is an educational video about arm exercises for people who have had a stroke.
Stiffness and stiffness in the muscles make it difficult for the patient to move his hand during paralysis. It should be noted that during paralysis, patients often make fists, which restricts the movement of their hand. It is important to remember that before starting the workout the patient must first open his fingers; This will aid in the rejuvenation of the fingers. There are some exercises that can aid in the movement of the hand of a paralyzed patient.
    1. Keeping your palm on the table, move your wrist from left to right.
    2. Instead of tapping, the patient should slide his hand. A handkerchief can also be placed under the patient's hand.
    3. Keeping it horizontal, move your hand from left to right.
    4. Now repeat this process by holding your hands and moving your hands from left to right.
    5. Support your affected hand by moving and stretching your wrist.
    6. Join your hands and move them from left to right.
    7. Help by flipping your hand inward and then out. Take a roll of towel and place it on your injured wrist.
    8. Place a few drops of lubricant on the table, spread your fingers, and then rub them off. Move your hand away from your body, then close it.
Note: To recover muscle movement, try holding objects longer. Patients can also exercise their fingers with the ball while smiling.
