    Its called grout. Its different from white cement. Grout is specially made for floor and wall filling. Its water proof. There are normal grout available in local shops much cheaper and you will get 1kg for like 30inr. And for coloring there is a powder available called floor color. Ask for it in local shops. It costs around 5 to 10 inr for a packet which is more than enough for an entire house. You also need a waste cloth to rub the excess grout after allowing to dry for like 30 mins.

    Good evening sir
    I have white marble on terrace. Between some of the marbles filling is vanished . Also marble gets uneven due to which water rain water starts collecting on that areas.. will the above method helpful?

    • @UmakantMishra
      @UmakantMishra  ปีที่แล้ว

      No, this will not help much. I suggest to apply epoxy on the marble gaps.
      As you know you have to mix resin and hardner in epoxy before applying. If there are hair gaps then use liquid epoxy, if there are wider gaps mix white m-seal (one amount) with liquid epoxy (one amount) and apply. That will look like white marble and will be stronger than white marble. This can help you fill up the broken marbles and give you 100% water protection. Thank you for watching my video.

      For bathroom waterproofing fevimate (or similar cement based grouts) is not good. Water will leak through its sides.

      White cement will not work as water can soak through it (to some extent) and will crack as you said. From my limited experience epoxy is the best solution. silicon sealant will not work to fill the tile gaps, I have tried 3 different companies. but all are coming out of the tiles. If you rub with finger it will come out immediately. (rather hot glue is slightly stronger than silicon sealant). silicon sealant may be used under the tile for a cushioning effect. This is just my personal experience, I am not an expert in this field. 😁😁😁🙏🙏
