      Yes you must do and it gives benefits and results but make sure at proper diet always in calorie surplus

    Can you tell me stopping creatine after period of time will results in loss of muscle mass????
    I mean are these gains on creatine are permanent if i stop creatine or these gains are temporary????

      No it wont lead to loss of muscle mass
      Creatine doesn't lead to increase in muscle mass, but increase in strength which in turn makes you push harder during workouts
