Sometime during the ride you feel that your "headset" is loose, you can fix it by tightening the upper bolt, but maybe your handlebar will also tighten . Actually when you ride your bike around few months, your "headset" getting dust and dirt constantly, for that reason headset grease get worsted . Then the "ball bearings" is start wearout more faster then usual. Thats why the handlebar get tight when you tight your top bolt

Hello sir, some days ago I bought a cycle from flipkart, name of the cycle is leader hike pro 27.5t gear version. And I have a problem with this cycle, the headset of this cycle is not fit properly, headset top part is smaller than the bottom side, that’s why headset make very bad play.
