In this video we dive into two fur - filled stories!
The first story is quite sad and heartbreaking.
Meet Leo - sweet, but neglected dog.
Leo was in a terribly bad condition, and he desperately needed our help. 💔🐕
Leo is five and this is his first haircut EVER in life.
First time grooming in such a long period includes many problems:
- you have a very scared dog
- you have parts where shaving machine is not an appropriate tool
- injuries could happen easily...

There’s grooming channels with dogs that look like this in the United States. We are no better.
I point this out not because the experience in Serbia isn’t important but because it’s not like our county is somehow better.
Thanks again so much for freeing Leo from his matted prison! It's so heartwarming to see him feel so much better and then to receive the love he needs from his wonderful new family! I feel anger, sadness and joy. I would like to see some stories of owners that once neglected their dogs and transformed their behavior and learned the correct way to care for their dogs. Sometimes it’s frustrating to see so many dogs neglect or abandoned . It makes you feel helpless, especially if they go back to the owners who do this to them. I would like to see positive changes in people’s behaviors. I appreciate all that you do❤

Wow - beautiful snowy white hair underneath that matted dirty shell. He has a little cute face, tired but cute. So happy you found him and groomed him. Lots of love and tender care given to him. Oh my God this little dog's just adorable! Your videos make me feel happy, grateful for all you do and the love & care you put into your work which for you it's not only work but a mission, and soothe me in this difficult moment I'm going through. On January 10th my furry daughter Patti, nearly 16, passed away and I'm still mourning her loss. So, watching your videos and all these adorable pups puts a smile on my face and gives me comfort.

So much fur! And by the time you cleared his first ear -- well, his expression went straight to my heart. When Dad finally gotten his first hearing aids, he, Mom, and I went straight out to lunch. Early on, we realized he wasn't exactly with us.. Mom asked if he was all right, and, replying with the exact expression Leo had, that after many years of barely being able to hear the people next to him, he'd been eavsdropping on a couple all the way across the large room. With only one exception, I've flattered myself that I can read the dog's expressions changing as grooming procedes. Whether the neglected was an old hand at being groomed, or comes in a little confused, at some point, they realized what's going on and, even if it wasn't their first time, they know it's different and they make me feel so happy for them.♥♥
😃 That's right, this dog probably heard a lot of new sound all around him. We have that situation with almost every neglected dog... They can't believe how many sounds are around them 😂 same thing like your Dad had, I'm sure. I can't even imagine what that feeling is....
