Sounds like some nice upcoming fabric innovations. As far as burns, any synthetic material would suck. With that, innovation shouldnt stop, especially with a 6° temperature cooling factor. That could mean the difference between a successful patrol or someone going down as a heat casualty.
@@ericmacfarlane4249 I wasnt sure which way they were going, but a nice extra temp diff of 6-7 degrees when its freezing out would be just as awesome to me. Though I prefer cold weather to Hot any day of the week!!
Wish we could get these in small batches to individual buyers. There's lots of projects I'd love to undertake but most of these cool materials are all but unobtanium to little old me.
Nice!! I like the thermal material but pretty much all this stuff is great. Due to bidenomics i’ve been doing a lot more of my stuff DIY and this will be a big help. That flex material as great potential for me. I’ve bought pants that were supposed to flex but be tough and while teaching Martial Science the crotches have almost all ripped.
Lots of the material is nice in concept. Nevertheless, 🔥 flamingo in certain circumstances. Proban, thats the way to go. Used in Australian Bushfire Brigade uniforms. Don't go home a crispy critter.

Since he was talking about testing the aluminum fabric against the ECWCS Level 7, I’m assuming it’s for cold weather, not hot weather.
