you unlock it after P-ranking every level in act 2 and beating the previous boss with a same unlock method but in act 1, the door to unlock it is located somewhere in the last act 2 level

My bad should’ve put a spoiler warning but they’re right. The level is P-2 and it’s ridiculous, difficult, but fun.

Basically, this is P-2, the second "Prime Sanctum" level in the game. The first Prime Sanctum level is unlocked by getting a P rank for every level in Prelude and Act 1 and finding a secret door in Gluttony. P-2 is unlocked by getting a P rank for every level in Act 2, as well as beating P-1. The secret door to access P-2 is found in Heresy.

Thus meaning “Blood Red Slayer” which it fits perfectly lol

Sounds like neither doom or tenebre rosso sangue, but its still alright. A bit to "chill" sounding, needed some, idk im not a musician, needs some "bite" to it

i share the "too chill" setiment, it's too quiet and low for modern DOOM or Ultrakill.

I agree. It’s like this track is made up entirely from the “build up” portions of Doom songs but using Ultrakill’s instruments. As a result it doesn’t have any of the energetic elements that the music of either series is known for.
