Nice. Had planned on doing this when mine gets here from BigBadtoys. Then I was going to mold the head, belts and guns and make other Jawas. Good to see the plastic robes are easily removable.

material is the wrong color, too stiff and the hood is way off. Jawa robes aren't open in the front either.

How is this an improvement? It doesn't look like a jawa anymore. Color is all wrong, shape is all wrong. It looks like a character out of Lord of the Rings or something now.

I’m thinking I go to the thrift store and buy a bag of random 3.75 inch figures… Wrap their feet with quarter inch ribbon and glue it… Spray paint them brown hands and head black… sew up a bunch of robes and I got a whole tribe of Jawas!
