I went to the UK on september 2022 on a student visa. And I moved to an European country on February 2023 without any visa (illegally by a lorry).
I got a email from ky University stating that I have been withdrawn from the course.
My question is do I get any ban?
Can I apply for a visit visa after 1/2 more years?

I was overstayed for 9 months, but granted 2 more visas after that while in UK. Then applying for next visa, visa rejected for insufficient funds. Then I voluntarily leave in 2015. There is no ban.

Excellent knowledge sharing. thankyou! I request it would be good for you to make a video on the 60 days unemployment period and its impacts on ILR application. Having come across recent layoffs, its best to reflect what happens with more then 60 days unemployment when curtailment letter not issued. Does it impact the ILR application or not ? Is it considered as over stay even when the visa from old employment is still valid and not curtailed. Appreciate your response.

u submitted an in-time application on 5 February 2024. Therefore, you have a have subsisting Student permission under section 3C. You can vary your Skilled Worker Visa application to the Graduate Route. Because of your section 3C leave , you meet Appendix GR 1.3 of Immigration Rules. I applied for a provisional license along with my BRP, After the 3 week deadline I started enquiring about my BRP, Royal Mail declared that my parcel is not trackable and that it is misplaced and there is no longer any way to track it. I contacted DVLA and they too confirmed that my BRP has not reached them. I reported to the UK gov that my BRP is misplaced and it is now deactivated. How do I apply for a PSW in the month of Dec 2023, because it says that it might take upto 8 weeks for my new BRP to arrive. What do I do in this situation. When I called the HOME office regarding this, they keep saying that this query does not fall under their department. And there is no clear information on the UK GOV website about how to apply for PSW if the replacement BRP has not arrived.
How do I apply for Graduate Route visa, if I have lost my Student visa BRP card?

You would have a 1 year ban from the date you left the UK, so you should be fine now on the point of overstay,.

You will be banned from applying for any UK visa for a period of one year from the date you left the UK and after the one year period, any applications filed will be considered and processed on their own merits
