    Really loved how it felt to my back, but my breasts were uncomfortably squished. I added more blankets but still . . . .

      Hi Patti! You can try placing a roll at the bottom of your chest. The frame of the chair might make it challenging so you’ll need to be creative with exactly which prop to use. I’ve used a pool noodle for folks who experience the issue you are describing when they come forward into, for example, a supported pavanmuktasana, and it seems to help a lot. I’d be curious to know if you can rig something similar up in this setup 🙏

      Yes, your solution worked. I folded a blanket very narrowly and placed it directly under my breast line. Voila! No discomfort. Thank you!
