- In this video you see the REMUS cat-back system with EEC homologation consisting of:
954513 0500 - sport exhaust for left-system (without tail pipes)
with integrated valve, incl. EEC homologation.
It is not permissible to activate the valve on public roads as per the EU transport authority.
The activation of the valve is carried out using the supplied remote control key fob, sound controller and electrical actuator which allows the valve to be operated in 4 different positions.

Motech Performance Hello, I have one question. If I dont go for Sound control then does the exhaust will be loud or sound controller is just a gimmick. Is there no option to remove the internal valve of exhaust and not take the sound control?

Hi Remus,
Will it be legal in EU when your exhaust system is fitted with non-resonated cat-back(954513 0000) and with sound controller(STE 0011) when valves set to fully closed? Will it pass EC homologation like that or it needs resonated cat-back in order to be legal?
As well how much louder in decibels is system with non-resonated cat-back from system with resonated cat-back?

Hi, sport exhaust with non-resonated cat-back front section and REMUS sound controller is without EC homologation.
We don't measure decibel loudness for the two system.

öffnet sich die Klappe auch anhand der Drehzahl ohne die FB ? Denke über den Kauf nach aber ohne Fernbedienung.

Wenn du den neuen sond Kontroller kaufst schon. Der kommt mit einem OBD Dongle und einer App in der man das einstellen kann. Ist aber recht teuer.
Bin aber sehr zufrieden damit :)
