It always annoyed me that on "all hands on deck," Cortez gives you the boat "as a token of his gratitude," but you cant store it anywhere. It would be dope if they made a boat garage at the port you buy
You know there’s a TH-camr called GAMES INVESTIGATOR , he actually has a video where he shows that Cortez might not be a friend of Tommy after all , only used him as a way to fulfill his needs .
Some of the stuff is actually useful like the trick to get into the mansion to kill the boss can be used for a speed run strat and the other trick to get into a place where you're actually supposed to have your weapons taken away but now allowed to keep your weapons is also useful
in Jury Fury you can push the car on 60fps in a different place before smashing it, when the jury enters it will stop anyway, despite the lack of contact with spans express car
It's funny that there is a mission with a boat race, where I've always used the "bigbang" cheat during the time they appear in the cutscene to destroy the boats, and race alone
6:02 Love Juice: this was changed in The Definitive Edition - if you try to pick up Mercedes on a helicopter, the game explicitly says that you need either a car or a motorcycle 8:17 Bombs Away!: the van actually was supposed to become driveable after the mission end. But due to developer's error, the game makes its doors open instead (although they aren't locked anyway)
4:04 This is not the only time it referred to as Star Island. PEDs also call it that. Edit: You can search up the video "GTA VC Ped Quotes - White Old Rich Lady" At 2:39 mark she says "Can you tell me the way back to Star Island?"
After watching this video, I've realised just how much i have played gta vc in my childhood days. I already know every one of these useless facts. holy shit I'm just now thinking that I might've done over 20 full play throughs of the game and i never even got bored of it.
In that biker gang race I remembered just stealing one of the Angel freeway to eliminate one of them automatically but I didnt notice the difference until you showed it here 😂😂😂
In the mission with the chef in the backalley, you can mess with the tires of the getaway car you use after you kill the chef. Just drive it normally until you reach the hotel. Before you stop inside the pink marker outside the hotel, get out of the car (don't worry, only you get out, Lance stays in the car...that's how he is programmed) and pop all the tires. Then enter the car, drive and park inside the pink marker. After that enjoy the funny cutscene of how Lance tries to drive the car with poped tires. 🤣🤣🤣
@2:30 Finally, someone that has mentioned this little neat trick. When i was a kid and firstly played Vice City, i thought why go through the front door and lose every weapon. Just jump over the fence and kill the guy from a distance with a sniper rifle and voila, mission complete. :) With this not even his body-guards are chasing you. They just walk around in place. XD
@10:40 If the Driver mission is the one with the NPC named Cassidy then you don't really need to be fast to change cars. I found a little trick to beat him without much effort. Start the mission, get out of the car and go somewhere where there are no cars around so your character doesn't die and use the cheat bigband to make all cars explode. Don't worry, Cassidy is invincible (which means he has god mode on), but he will stay in his car which in turn...due to it being, you know, destroyed...will stay at the same spot. Cassidy isn't programmed to find another car and the mission continues like nothing happened. After you use the cheat bigbang, just find another car (or better yet spawn one with a cheat, but it HAS to be a car) and finish both the race and the mission. :)
man g spotlight fact isnt a useless fact if i knew it when i was young it would save me alot of time because till this day i remember how i struggle to beat this mission with a bike XD
I really really never knew the tricks in Rub Out, The Driver, Gun Runner and G-Spotlight. Also, the packages in Checkpoint Charlie are actually drugs. So do the GTA 3 hidden packages.
