you will see that the US is producing about 1.5 million barrels LESS every month
The US not importing Russian oil accounts for 3%
Of our oil( about 600000 barrels)
So basically, if we just resumed producing what we were in 2019, we would have 900000 barrels available to export to Europe so that THEY would NOT have to import Russian oil!!!
Unfortunately, that would cost about 90000000 barrel of Potable clean water, which, you might find even more important than OIL.

As a lifelong conservative, including the last two presidential elections, I want to say I have very little trust in Rubio. Having said that, why is he referencing the Vatican?
