A quick walkabout of an Obstructed Balcony Cabin at Deck 8, 8114. This cabin is at the forward section of the ship, a slightly long walk from the forward elevator lobby. While the obstruction is mainly a round porthole like structure outside the lobby. Actually the obstruction made the balcony into a semi indoor space with a romantic round lookout like the good old ships when balconies are rare.
