- Nanny and Moose are celebrating their 60TH ANNIVERSARY tomorrow...CORONA VIRUS STYLE..and we get to sit in with them as THEY CHAT ABOUT WHAT IT TAKES to maintain a long marriage. They reminisce about hilarious stories OF RAISING 6 KIDS And having ROMANTIC “COZIES”, their travels and their courtship and SHOCKING PROPOSAL!! Lots of photos reflect their stories and memories. A big family party has been postponed to a private candlelit dinner alone with each other. Their children are ordering a huge lobster dinner for them and a ZOOM conference is scheduled with their SIX KIDS AND 30 GREAT GRANDCHILDREN AND GREAT GRANDS. Please Join them! I’m sure you realize how lucky you are surrounded by all that family! That what life was suppose to look like but for many of us seniors it didn’t happen, myself included. I’m so happy someone got the fairytale ending! May you have many more beautiful years together untouched by adversity. As a side not may I say you have wonderful children. Oh and Patty sent me over.

Jean, I am only (😁) 62 but we are working on our 30th anniversary very soon. I know we had ups and downs...even a break-up of a year one time but we kept loving each other and we have actually been together for 39 years total. We raised 3 kids and he was career Navy. I had a stroke, he had cancer and various other issues over the years and we just kept hanging on. Sometimes it was hard so even people who didn't get everything right can still be happy. We love our life together. Have faith. God loves you. It's never too late for a happy ending 💞💞💞💞💞💞💞💞💞💞💞💞

This video was so delightful to watch and I loved seeing the family photos. I may add that luck has no part in this...as it is commitment, determination, devotion, and core values being the same, that allowed your generation to remain intact. You finish what you start, and when it gets hard, you don't give up and walk away. Sadly, that's not what we see today. That's why sharing your love story was so precious. Young people need to see and hear this more than ever. Thank you for sharing your beautiful story with all of us.

HI CINDY... Our big family has been a lot of fun throughout the years....busy, crazy, joyful ...and Moose and I count our blessings every day! It’s pretty hard during -Covid , not being able to get together as usual but they have been taking good care of us with shopping ,etc these days. Love Palm Springs and Palm Desert. I’ve been watching your videos and marvel at your ability to decorate your new home so tastefully. Our life is very blessed, Ruth, but we do have our challenges in the family like everyone else. There are many people like Moose with health issues who watch us, and it is encouraging for them to see that he still has a fulfilling life and that it is possible to overcome a lot of this. He realizes this and is glad , believe it or not, to tell his story in order to help others who are struggling. I hope you understand this, Ruth , and by sharing this he has inspired others . ❤️nanny

Oh Nanny this is by far the best video ive seen!!! you & Moose have really lived the life. not many people get to travel & see all that you 2 have.i think i would have loved to hung out with you 2 cuz you know how to have fun!! its not alway easy to have a good marriage you have to work at it some. we have been married 52 yrs things do change we didnt get to travel like we wanted to due to heart surgery amputation & broken hip. but at least i still have him with me & we make the most of it. LOVE is the big thing & i think you would agree. i pray Moose is feeling & doing better where he is home soon. love & hugs to you Kaye
