For ten thousand years, the Imperium of Man has endured under the rule of the Immortal Emperor. And in all that time, the Imperium has never forgotten one, single, simple truth. Even in space battles, you can still fight in melee combat. RAMMING SPEED!
Battlefleet Gothic was also a pretty good tabletop miniatures game. It had a pretty good long run of nearly 15 years. The ship models were fantastically detailed, especially the Imperial cruisers. I hope GW re-releases BFG soon. I would love to have a few good space battles on the table again. Since they HAVE re-released Epic, I'm hopeful that it will happen.
Yes. Abaddon captures three during the Gothic War. One self destructs when boarded over Schindelgheist (as shown here), and Abaddon escapes with two of them, and the remaining three in Imperial control also self-destruct. Abaddon then trades one to Huron Blackheart, and the last one he brings in the 13th Black Crusade. In the attack on Cadia it is sabotaged from within by boarders and then disabled by concentrated fire, and finally the warp-saturated wreckage is de-orbited into Cadia. The result of the impact of the moonlet-sized fortress, along with the warp energies mixing with the Anti-warp energies of the active Cadian Pylons, caused Cadia to tear apart.

Impeccable editing and beautiful cinematic shots. A pleasure to watch, thanks

It’s pretty cool that at the end of the mission you can see a c’tan shard of the deceiver himself maybe even multiple shards
When In doubt…. Slam your ship into it… now that’s what I call shipping HAHA

Eldrathain and spire are bros till the end 🤝
In BGA2 they seems to be more than that with their dialogue phrasing
@@idriscorvus2237 BFGA2: Guilliman & Yvraine go into a motel, only to find Spire & Eldrathain leaving.
That opening shot of port maw was splendid
Goddamn, Spire is so young there. Well it has been 10K years
What the Warp does to mf

Yes

Me: So much for your “Planet Killer”!
1:20:20 This will never not be funny.

ok problem: how on earth did Abbadon took the blackstone fortress if the 2 artifacts are all in imperial control?
Great video.

The ships look like clothing Irons, and pretty much all look the same in different sizes. What a shame.
