It's a sponsorship letter your employer will give you once they've given you a job offer. You'll need this letter to apply for your work visa

Normally, you'll fine carer jobs in nursing homes or care homes. You can definitely study, but u should bear in mind that u might need to fund the course yourself and also make sure your school schedule doesn't interfere with work schedule
If We apply with out any agency, will that be time consuming
Time consuming? According to WHO, UK agencies are not allowed to do active recruitment of overseas nurses so most people are applying directly to the hospitals these days

What is the possible expenses for someone applying without an agent?
Normally, most hospitals would cover the cost of visa, plane ticket, and also give u accommodation for the 1st few months when u arrive in UK. When u get an offer letter, the hospital will state the expenses they cover in the offer letter so kindly read through any offer letter you receive carefully before accepting it. I hope this helps. Kindly elaborate on this. A a Bsc nurse from kenya(4 years training plus 1 year internship in the hospital). Is this 1 year of internship considered an experience? I know NMC has ruled out the experience but I heard hospitals dont prefer someone without experience.

Hello Psalm 37, thanks for your questions. If u are a qualified enrolled nurse in your country, you can use this same process I've demonstrated in the video and and apply for a nursing auxiliary or Healthcare assistant job.

In Ghana, it starts from Staff Nurse, then it goes up to Senior Staff Nurse

How I can do UK NMC registration and CBT
You need to go to the UK NMC website online and start the registration process. Please bear in mind that if u want to register with UK NMC and work as a nurse in UK, you'll need to get a score of 7 in listening, reading and speaking and 6.5 in writing. That is the IELTS score UK NMC needs.

Since you're from overseas and yet to come to UK, please apply as Band 5. That is the start off grade for registered nurses. Or if you see a job advert that says "Pre-registered nurse", you can apply for that as well.

If u wish to register with UK NMC and work as a nurse, then u will need to rewrite the IELTS....
