if you want to get sciencey the reason the heat waves arent affecting spectre while invisible is because spectres armour is reflecting light waves so hes "invisible" but while reflecting light waves he also is reflecting heat waves at the same time so thats why he dosent take damage

I have a ps4 and when u use the unmaned drone and activate it near a wall it crashes but does not explode and you now can crash it without it exploding u still have three shots but the timer is a little bit longer
Blackjack is a very secretive specialist so it would make sense that he has another specialists dogtags as he is like an assassin as they are secretive and if they need to get somewhere without using their real name but can't make a fake Id then they will take someone else's as I think that is the case with blackjack
The buzz cut is realistically just a weapon they put hellstorm on. But thinking in the world of black ops 3 the buzz would be made from scrap metals of hell storm products such as weapons and/or score streaks since the description states it's an improvised weapon.
