    After years of wanting one, I finally bought one of these. Can't wait for it to arrive, I live in Australia so postage was not cheap!

      @@FierBarca1899 yup and love it. Best smoker hands down. Takes some getting used to at higher temps. But it's just a matter of managing the fire

    Hey Bill! I just discovered the C-60 today. After 20 minutes of research, I discovered I'm psychic. I see a C-60 in my near future. Once I have the money rounded up (I think you're charging a very fair price) I'll be driving from Houston to pick it up. Cheers!

    Well 3 months in and I can honestly say if but honestly say if you don't have one of these you should pick 1 up today this thing is way better than a pellet grill even

    this grill looks awesome but how do you spray and Mop meat while it's in there smoking?

      Open the door, slide out the rack part way and mop away. It will get back up to temperature fast.

    What are the temperature differences on the top rack, bottom rack, back, and rear of the cooking chamber?

    Question, you mention at the end of the video that you wouldn't want to snake a temperature probe through the front because it would break the seal on the front door. Is there a port somewhere that would allow for a temperature probe(s) to be inserted into the cookbox? Looks like a great device, I definitely have the 'I wants'!

      +Brett Balsam There are ports in the Controlbox and the Cookbox for snaking in probes

    Would you consider your smoker safe for cooking on a composite material deck? Your excellent creation is getting a lot of positive attention on my bbq forum

      +Patrick Farrell It should be treated like a small campfire, including operation on an incombustible surface, e.g., stone or concrete

    Can you keep the temperatures low enough to cold smoke?

      It's not designed for cold smoking, but with an A-MAZE-N tube in the Firebox and the thermostat cranked, it will smoke at

      @@billkarau I've tried on 4 different browsers on two different devices and the site won't come up. I keep getting,
      "Service Unavailable The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.
      Additionally, a 503 Service Unavailable error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."

      Nope, the ash compartment is sized to accommodate 12+ hr cooks.

      +Bill Karau If you have briskets that can take more that twelve hours is it possible to empty the cook box and quickly get the temp back up as long as you have lit coals ready to go? How ong wold it take to bring it back up to temp from a cleaning?

      The KBQ cooks fast. Your normal 12 hour brisket cook won't take 12 hours.
