Is James still self conscious about his body and fitness? He's gone so far in his weight loss journey (I can't say he's finished it because although he looks like he has, I don't get to make that call), and he looks so healthy, but it saddens me to see he hasn't achieved confidence yet. I'm sure it'll come, though!
Tellin you this.. #2 is a stretch called "Froggy Splits", you will get flexible in your middle splits. #15 is called a "Backbend", sometimes, helps you stretch your back and it is a weak skill but helps you get flexible for your back. #18 is called "Scorpion handstand", requires a flexible back is you want to reach your feet to your head. #27 is called a "Headstand" or "Elbowstand". Please, no arguing bc I have been a gymnast and this is what we've/I've learned from our coach. Luv you guys so much! :) Do a gymnastics challenge, please? :D
