This is what real singers looks like. They’re classy, not cladly dressed and well spoken. These entertainers or Queens are truly missed in the music industry. We welcome you!🙏🏾❤️💐🎼🎤👑
Tracie and Shanice deserve their flowers. Both artists made an impact on music. Great interview qls as always, you guys get the guest we want to hear from, about, and celebrate.
Tracie was that GIRL. So glad to see her doing well. Debbie Gibson got all the love for being a young girl writing her own lyrics but Tracie was doing the same thing but better.
Shanice Wilson & Tracie Spencer has blossomed into 2 beautiful, intelligent, and talented women. I wish the both of them the absolute best in all aspects of their lives! They deserve it!
I play the video on TH-cam all the time. Just last night I played it and found Questlove did a interview with both Shanice and Tracy. The baseline in the song is still the dopest. I was 23 when the track came out and I'm still enjoying it in my 50s.
This is a treat! I have not seen Tracie since I was probably 10 or 11 years old. And Shanice's smile still lights up any room. Love hearing both of their stories.
So glad to see Tracie & Shanice receiving the love and flowers that they deserve!!! They were a huge part of my youth and they still look & sound great!!!!
How dope is it that I worked in sales for both Motown and Capitol and got to work with both these talented women. And sold a bunch of records, well back when we were selling real records and did retail in-stores. Worked with Qadree on a bunch of projects too. Ahhhhh...... great memories. Thanks, dude. If Y'all do something new and need some help with sales or marketing holla at us Unda The Hat.
First, the jam session video with all of them, Darius, and El Debarge at the crib...now THIS!! I am on cloud 9 right now. Amazing artists and still seem just as wholesome and beautiful as I remember. Great show Questlove & crew!! This is definitely an... Exclusive! (queue the echo) 😂
Kids Incorporated was one of my favorite tv shows. Now I have to look closely for Shanice on the Kids Incorporated reels. But I would love to see Tracie and Shanice perform again.
Love this interview I have been wondering for the longest where Tracie Spencer has been wow she pretty much still looks the same very fresh youthful so good to hear she's pursuing her medical degree.. what a wonderful wholesome interview. No profanity cussing or griminess so refreshing I really do hope there's a tour with Tracy and Shanice may God continue to bless them
I was thinking the same thing. Tevin definitely needs to be part of the "Smiles and Kisses" tour. The tour has been officially named in the comments by @Dheal88. Now, just tell us when and where we can buy our concert tickets. 🎟
I have to say this is one of the most positive program I’ve seen on You Tube. I smile and laugh through the whole program. Shanice and now found Tracey Spencer still look so beautiful and cute young ladies. They both have great upbringing. We all know how rough the music business can be. Of course, I want both of them do projects together. They would make a great team.
Fun and funny episode. I live in Iowa now and I was in my senior year of high school in Kansas City when Tracy’s first album dropped. When I went to college in Iowa, it was a huge deal that Tracy came out of Iowa and had connections in Des Moines, Marshalltown, and Waterloo. Everybody’s cousin thought Tracy Spenser was their cousin lol!
Shanice is my all time favorite female SANGER. So glad she & Tracie found each other again. Now show these so called to be artists what it's like to SANG. TRUE MUSIC
Lord have mercy I'm so happy. I have been looking for Tracey Spencer and Tara Kemp for so long. I grew up listening to these girls and am glad I finally tracked down these ladies.
I am so glad that I was around when both of these women came out when I was a preteen in the late 80s right along with The Boys and Tevin Campbell. They were around my age group.
This was amazing to watch. I am a huge fan and grew up watching and listening to them both. Watching I see how much I have in common with them. It would be amazing to see them live singing together. Thank you for sharing.
i love ❤️ Tracie Spencer’s song 🎵 “This House” and dedicate that to everyone. i must say that i respect Tracie and anyone else who GETS OUT of the music 🎶 industry early because it’s a DEEPLY DARK INDUSTRY although the world 🌎 is changing in a positive way now. But there’s a lot more dark CRAP behind the scenes that happens that the public/world doesn’t know. i love ❤️ you all & best of wishes to you all.
This is fantastic! They look and sound amazing and happy! Glad to see that Tracie is doing so well. Shanice still has that amazing smile. Can you all also interview Amel Larrieux?
Thank you for this this means so much that I'm literally in tears because you are giving flowers when it's appropriate and to real people who appreciate it and they're not upset and angry. I love that you guys are all amazing thank you they're not bitter. I am just so excited that they look good they look young and refreshed. I am so excited for them.
My first time seeing this podcast and what a treat for this to be the first video I see. Had a huge crush on tracie when I was young, still beautiful as ever. Awesome tracie and shanice!!
I stumbled upon this show and it was excellent thanks for just giving decent content Tracy and Shanice still look beautiful you can tell they took care of themselves and it speaks volumes to the class that our era had as opposed to these young kids today I'm sorry class was the thing to be back then and it shows that's why they look so beautiful and healthy look forward to seeing music from them in the future
That shows how humble Tracie is- how do u not know u are legend and a barrier breaker and was the 1st of something that happened in the late 80s , early 90s and the reason for the success of many young acts that came after, and then she disappears. most people would not do that, they would reminding everyone , she just puffed away-
She said she went to college and got a psychology degree. And then she was taking care of her father. Then her mom got sick. Now she’s going for physician’s aide. I hope I got the last part right. And now she will be doing some small shows.
They forgot to mention Stacy Lattisaw, who was the original black female teen star in the late 70s and early to mid 80s. Stacy Lattisaw came out first. She paved the way for Shanice, Tracie Spencer, Aaliyah, Brandy, and Monica.

@@thierrydupreaux3305 The fact that you interpret this statement as a put down says more about you than it does about the OP.

I play the video on TH-cam all the time. Just last night I played it and found Questlove did a interview with both Shanice and Tracy. The baseline in the song is still the dopest. I was 23 when the track came out and I'm still enjoying it in my 50s.
Shanice is still so pretty. And her smile!
Shanice and Tracie are music royalty!! This interview is a gem and much needed!!

Phonte - "That's how you disappeared" 😂😂😂😂
them and Tevin should do a show together, those 3 are the ones who started the child star thing in the late 80s- Legends who deserve their flowers
Don't forget The Boys
I was thinking the same thing. Tevin definitely needs to be part of the "Smiles and Kisses" tour. The tour has been officially named in the comments by @Dheal88. Now, just tell us when and where we can buy our concert tickets. 🎟

I really wanted to know what Tracy was doing when she first left the industry but Questlove love the sound of his own voice
She said she went to college and got a psychology degree. And then she was taking care of her father. Then her mom got sick. Now she’s going for physician’s aide. I hope I got the last part right. And now she will be doing some small shows.

No Eddie Winslow questions...... Lucky Bastard!!
Wish this was a 2part interview
I should’ve waited for the visual instead of listening to the actual podcast. Dope either way

All my life
I’ve wondered who’s the male voice singer on TENDER KISSES 😮
