This is probably the most heart-wrenchingly raw episode to date - especially the last half. But the lessons, growth & re-direction that come from such a vulnerable conversation are remarkable. These episodes are always very different, the guests are always so diverse, and in all honesty, I can imagine you never really know what to expect. Jessie had been going through a lot of pain when we sat down - so that’s where this conversation went - one of my principles when having these conversations is to not try and force them in my own direction, that tends to lead to a more honest raw path. Hit like and subscribe, we bring subscribers in each month to watch from behind the scenes! In LA we had 10 people come and watch from BTS!
What an amazing journey of a conversation! Honest, raw and relaxed. A beautiful flow and a generous sharing of emotion. Thank you for sharing the experience. A moment to be savoured…x❤️🌤
Ultrasounds aren’t good for babies. My friend had a miscarriage hours after one. There’s no good reason for an ultrasound other than a month before delivery if in utero surgery is required. Other than that, it doesn’t help the baby.
Jessie was headlining at the Isle of MTV concert in Malta in 2013 and staying at same hotel as us. By the pool my 7 year old daughter was desperate to say hello but too scared and got upset and shied away. I approached Jessie and told her my daughter was too afraid to come over. Jessie asked where my daughter was and walked over to my crying daughter and lowered herself to daughter’s level and soothed her and made her smile. My daughter is now almost 18 and neither of us have forgotten the compassion Jessie showed. It meant so much to us. Thank you Jessie. I hope you get to live your life healthy and happy. ❤️❤️❤️
It's honestly one of the best interview techniques, even police use it. If you stay quiet, the person will speak because humans tend to not like silence for too long. It works so well in this setting because the person really gets to think and speak without interruption. So good.
I always felt like Jessy is always under appropriated, and that just proved my point. I want her to be Lizzo's best friend and enjoy her beautiful energy because I really think they will benefit from one another...
Thank you both for this exchange ❤. Thanks to the human being „Jessie“ for being so real and open hearted. It‘s really inspirational to me (and maybe to more empaths out there). I love your songs and your performances.
As I discovered this interview this week, I checked her IG to see how she is now and I was so teary to see she's pregnant, still singing, and with someone. the fact she said in this interview "I wasn't supposed to have this child alone"... Jessie J has such an emotional intelligence but also a faith in herself. She deserves it alk

'Life is too short to sit anywhere other than where you're supposed to be and if you're sitting at a table where you don't feel like you're being fed even if you're bringing a plate of food, you politely just leave.' Such an authentic, honest, humble, vulnerable yet extremely strong inspirational woman ❤
I totally concur 👍🏿thanks you for articulating what I have been telling myself for years. It’s time for change th-cam.com/video/Fc19tNDMqEw/w-d-xo.html
even if you are bringing a plate of food... THAT IS hands down the truth. Thats how i feel.. Im bringing my own plate. AND i provided the food and still dont feel im suppose to be there .. She is helping people through her experiences.
@@AlwayysBeKind look at we the kingdom. The dad and uncle are older than us by alot. They're making it huge. From someone that gave up and allowed her voice to be silenced, DON'T. GIVE. UP. EVER. Don't do it to be famous. Do it to be happy.
I just finished listening to this interview and went online and saw Jessie J just gave birth 🎉 never been so happy for someone I don’t know. Congratulations ❤ Jessie. Beautiful times ahead 💖
"You're grieving the life that you imagined.. that you dreamed of" I burst into tears upon hearing her say those words. I just had a miscarriage last month (it was supposed to be my first baby and only a few know it) Truth is, it's not really how long the pregnancy lasted, it's how you processed the idea that a beautiful life is starting to grow inside you and it's gone just like that. It pains literally and figuratively. My heart goes to those who experienced and who are experiencing it right now. I hope you'd all stay strong but if you feel like grieving, then feel it and don't try to speed up the process. Grieving doesn't have a timeline.
Very sadly it is if not very still quite common to have a miscarriage, two of my cousins within a year and a half both lost they're baby's one twin boys and it was very difficult especially for the one with the twins as like you Carla it would have been her first, she went on to have another baby which went perfectly well . Strength and good health to you .
I just wanted to say that I am with you and feel this so deeply. Losing the life and version of yourself that you imagined is the deepest grief. I love what Jessie said about how the baby lives in her in what it taught her she needed to give herself. I am going to take that with me.
I am with you. I miscarried my husband and my first child at almost 12 weeks. It came as a massive shock, and nothing compares to that. Grief is grief, regardless of why. Its complicated and hard and rough around the edges. Also, there is no such thing as almost mothers, mama, and I am with you.
This interview was a shock. She is still seeking her truth and she has been successful and a great talent. Shes in her thirties a millionaire and she is still trying to find herself. No wonder Whitney Houston said there is a difference between wanting to sing and what the music industry wants you to sing. Fame is a dangerous thing.
Thats what its all about. The label can constrict people so much and its sad she felt that she couldn't have what she really wanted. Then you see Adele, the label let her do what she wants so I wonder if how you approach the executives on what she feels is right for the album from her perspective.
2-3 years of Jessie she wasnt "in industry" big way yet and that showed in more unique songs and lyrics. After that no wonder burnout of sorts(loosing motivation of this career) happened for a bubbly person like her.
This is the best interview i have ever seen. It is so rare to see a person be so completely honest, true to themselves, and also trying to look to improve themselves and talk about that. I cried several times listening to her, she was able to get across so well how she feels. That's rare. And I love how respectful the interviewer was, not pushing, not nagging, not trying to be funny, not trying to steal the show. He really created a stage for her to shine, to be herself. Gently encouraging, respectful and kind.
@@TheDiaryOfACEO Jessie J’s problem is that despite being an exceptional vocalist, she failed to create a fandom. Big artists like Gaga, Nicki, Ariana, all created a world for fans to live in. Barbz, Little Monsters etc. They have icon looks. Think Michael Jackson. She need to explore creatively and forget about radio friendly songs. She will then develop a better fan base for her music to thrive off. Radio will then follow her fans demand
Steven Bartlett - what a lovely, empathetic, compassionate and genuinely curious interviewer. No ego. No talking over. Kind, space-giving and a great listener, with intelligent and articulate questions - Way to make your guest feel comfortable, draw out the best in them and allow them to shine. Fabulous, authentic interview.
The most raw, real and respectful interview I’ve seen. The way he listens to everyone and doesn’t interrupt or judge - excellent interviewer. His interviews make us realise that these celebrities are just like us. We need more things like this. Watching this knowing Jessie J got the child she wanted and deserved is just ❤️ Thank you for a great show.
I'm a GCSE and A level tutor, and I keep recommending this podcast to all my teenage pupils. It contains so many life lessons, which are all delivered with such a light touch by the fantastic mix of guests. Steven's talent as an interviewer also sparkled in this beautiful episode with Jessie.
I watch all the these episodes and very rarely comment but this one is the most real, honest and genuine one,she speaks about her feelings like she's just talking to herself yet it resonates with almost all of us.. brilliant watch,I was gripped from her first word.
I’m 61 and have listened to the greatest gifted male and female vocalists since I was a little boy as my dad could sing ( he was a Welsh miner) and he was always singing in my house every moment I can remember! And he taught me from a very young age how to appreciate a very good vocalist! Jess is not only my no1 female vocalist but she is also my most self sacrificing person I know! I so understand where she is coming from As I try to do as she does but she does it so much better than me!!!xJess simply put is a gift to us all in my opinion! She sacrifices so much to help us all!!!!
I met Jessie J in Troy Bar in Shoreditch, she gave a free live performance and blew the roof off the place. Not a dry eye in the whole room! and she then took the time to take pics with everyone.. I can honestly say she is such a beautiful soul in person and has unmatched talent, This was such a beautiful and open interview, I loved this.
Jessie J, your story about the death of the little boy, your mother's response that sometimes God needs his angles closer. It has me sitting here with tears running down my face. I lost my dad at 20 months, he died in a plane crash. I have always felt his loss, never got over it. Thank you for this gift.
This is why I am so grateful to have found your channel. These thought provoking, honest, raw interviews are so beautiful. I met Jessie when she was doing capitol rocks one for the boys and she was in the changing room that we would usually use and she said “sorry I got told i can use this space shall I go somewhere else” I thought oh my gosh what an amazing person. I told her it’s fine and I left thinking what a lovely person and I’m so glad that in this interview I still amazing person with such humility. Thank you again for this and thank you Jessie for being so raw and vulnerable
I’ve been a fan of Jessie’s since 2011, and to hear everything she’s been through and the resilience in her words is so inspiring. Thank you for this interview man.
I saw Jessie J when I was 13/14, it was my first concert just me and my friends. We started queuing at 6am, we got front row and I sang and danced so much she let me sing in her microphone. I have never forgot it! It’s one of my drunk “never guess who’s mic I sang in”. I have never forgotten that night! You are amazing Jessie! X
I never knew how much Jessie has gone through... I was actually looking forward to her new album after "I Want Love" I hope she can make new music soon that she actually likes and is satisfied with. We'll be here for you, queen!
Honestly didn’t think I could love this woman anymore but my God she’s incredible. To have so much gratitude and empathy after what life has thrown at her is truly commendable. Defo best episode on this channel to date. I pray God eases her pain and gives her a child in the most painless way possible. She is one of a kind.
I watched this episode from South Africa and it is by far my most favourite. I love how raw she was, so transparent and vulnerable. She left it all on the table. This episode just made it for me! There's no guessing and no doubting with her. You know exactly what she's thinking and what she's fearing. This resonates with me so much! Absolutely brilliant interaction!!!
She has such an optimistic view about her health it's really fucking amazing. When I signed with a record deal, I started to gain traction and overworked myself to death. Got diagnosed with psychotic depression, persistent depressive disordee, and a colon problem. The doctors basically told me that if I don't respond to meds, I'll be hospitalized. So for her to see it as your body begging you to step on the brakes is something I never contemplated until now. Thank you Jessie J, thank you Steve
You probably already know but bowl problem are known to cause emotional & mental health issues. My mum has Crohn's Disease & when she has a flare she gets depressed but as soon as it's back under control her depression resolves. So maybe when those symtoms are under control your mental health will be better. Whatever solution you find I hope you find medication which suits you quickly & you find the right dose soon, good luck!
Man...I barely knew who Jessie J was. I started to listen to some of her work lately, and I was amazed at how she pours her soul in her music, and what a GREAT VOCALISt she is! In this awesome interview you can not only get a sense how much she has gone through in her young life, but you can also feel how together her shit is after going thorugh so much. She is definetly a GOOD, OLD soul. Keep writing and recording great music and doing great things, Jesse!
I can’t stop crying. I relate so much to her being an empath and I feel the pain of her miscarriage so much, it breaks my heart. She’s so inspiring and I’ll be eagerly awaiting her happy ending - she deserves it
She is one of the best vocal nowadays. I love and adore her voice that very strong and can do anything better than other singers. love you Jessie J. The TV and music industry must put her again on the map of the top singer. I believe in you Jessie.God bless. 🙏🙏🙏
She is So needing a team that reflects her energy by the sounds of it and have the same passion. Its the same when you’re a director you want your employees to work as hard and care as much as you. Xx
genuine people sharing genuine stories has got to be one of the greatest things the internet can bring us. It's like I needed to hear these things just as a human being this conversation is helping with my own life experience! Thanks for this!
What a wonderfully open an honest interview. I just wanted to give Jessie a giant hug. I had 2 miscarriages before I had my son and was amazed at how many people I knew that had experienced the same thing but never talked about it. Jessie's vulnerability and down to earth nature are truly amazing considering the industry she is in.
For me it was abortion. Finding out how many people I knew had one, including my own best friend who had never shared with me prior to my own experience. I had a really hard time with the aftermath and felt so alone in my experience. I know abortion and miscarriage are completely different experiences, and really totally opposite ends of the motherhood journey, but I do wish more people (not celebrities, but people I know) would talk about abortion, miscarriage, IVF, etc to normalize the experience and make it feel less isolating.
This girl has the most AMAZING vocal range, and she can make me cry when she sings. She is brilliant! Big love Jessie. Love to you both and your little one! Xxxx
This is the most open I’ve ever seen Jess, I’ve been a fan (heartbeat) for half of my life (13 years almost) and never ever have I seen this side of Jess so open honest, vulnerable and raw You really think you know majority of somebody until they really open up. I’m so proud of you Jessica, Lysm!
A mark of a great interviewer is letting the subject talk, not interrupting in order to guide the chat in a direction that they want it to go. He is so professional at this. Very insightful.
Thank you. I’ve had massive loss the last 3 years. I don’t want to burden anyone with it so it stays deep. Today I didn’t feel as lonely listening to your story. Funny thing is,earlier today it popped in my head out of know-where, “I haven’t heard much about Jessie J for a while, then this video popped up. God bless you sweetie.
I hate that she feels the need to apologize for crying and being emotional when she talks about heavy topics. Because I can imagine people criticizing her for it. Not here though, which is great.
I’ve been following Jessie since the beginning. Incredibly talented woman. I’m sure many can relate to different elements of her story. I admire her for being so honest and vulnerable. ❤️
She's so introspective and well-spoken. I would love to have lunch with her and just sit for hours chatting. This was incredibly vulnerable interview and I think you did a great job giving her the space to be so open.
I always told people that she was an absolute inspiration when she “first became big” and everyone always shrugged it off. This right here proves everything I have said all these years! 💕
Jessie is such an incredible woman, her story is so heartbreaking but inspiring and I relate so much to how she feels. Such a fan of the woman she is xx
This just shows why Jessie j is not only my no 1 female vocalist but more importantly my no1 most grounded and most inspirational vocalist I’ve ever heard! To put it simply Jessie j is so real!!!! Can you really see any other great female vocalists do this type of interview!!!!!!!!?
So many things she said that I related to, but the one I connected with the most was when she talked about having a special bond with someone. Been almost two years since my sister died. It's been a lonely road.
I remember the beginnings of jessie j, and what i can say, I'm just proud of you, and i believe and remember how you replied genuinely to people comments in your Facebook page, very down to earth, humble beautiful, talented. I just said to my self, i hope she stays like that and never get arrogant. And she did stay genuine and beautiful. I'm just beyond proud of you. I pray you continue to succeed and be happy. You deserve it. ❤
This is the most touching, heartfelt podcast I've seen in a very long time .I felt so connected to Jessie's story and the amount of sadness and greif she's gone through. Such a genuine down to earth ,strong woman. ❤
Always been blown away by her vocal capabilities, I get the same awe from watching Celine, Mariah, Whitney, Toni etc. Funnily enough, she's describing herself as a typical Aries Dragon which means she's amazing and will find what shes looking for. Don't stop repping Landan!
Her statement..."No one else in your life can give you what they gave you (referrimg to those we have lost) and having to find it for yourself"... hit hard. I lost my mom last year and she was literally my everythimg. She articulated what I have been dealing with. Grief is such a challenging part of life but also reminds us of the purest love we had the opportunity to experience. I liked her before but have a new found respect for her 💕
Amazing Jesse - such honesty and bravery to talk about how she has coped with life's tragedies and difficulties, and the difficulties being famous, and young! She should be a youth ambassador. Massive respect for taking time out for yourself.
My partner and love of my life passed away 4 weeks ago. Grief is the most indescribable pain especially when a death comes out of the blue, as a shock. Watching/heating this is useful to me as I feel lost and heartbroken. My partner was a Pisces very sensitive. I miss him and living like this is like waking up to a nightmare every morning. But I do appreciate this topic being spoken about so openly xxx take care xxx
I really like this beautiful person. I only saw her on TV and heard her amazing voice, but now I know what a spiritual, empathetic kind person she is. She was sent by God for a purpose and I feel she knows this. Its a journey. Great podcast. I absolutely love this channel xxx
Blown away by her emotional maturity. In support groups they talk about 'surrendering yourself to the higher power' and I used to roll my eyes at that. Now I understand what it means and how helpful in healing and living it is! She seems to be a perfect example of that! Everything happens for a reason (even if we don't see it at first!). BIG Well Done to her parents for raising such an amazing human being. What a wonderful interview, I had tears in my eyes throughout. Thank you x
I admire and love Jesse J as an artist but with this INCREDIBLE interview, I have so MUCH more respect, admiration, and awe for Jesse J the person! I am humbled by her sincerity, compassion, and genuine wisdom that she carries without her as she navigates her life. I wish her nothing but the best in her fiture endeavors. Sincerely, Pia
I don’t think I’ve ever heard such an honest, deep and impressionable interview and artist. This was everything. Props to her for this awareness, honestly and vulnerability and props to the interview for being an incredible interviewer and listener
I have genuinely adored Jessie for years now, just watching the tiny 2 min concersations she would have with her fans in between songs, and now I adore her even more. Thank you for being who you are ❤ your presence matters to a lot of people
I am writing before watching this. I first saw Jessie J. on a youtube vid. singing in NYC subway and was blown away....hated the US stuff and understood why she stepped back, and in an era of American popstars and fame....but never doubt your talent, your truths and that many of us resonate with your songs. Always LOVED you! Queen gave me the memory of the strong, naïve and hopeful woman I was in younger years. Thank you for that.
How courageous of her just openly talking about all the grief and deep moments she went through. So many hard losses. I support her since 2011 so it was definetely nice listening to her again and getting to know a tiny bit of her story, outside the lyrics. Thank you Steven!
One of the most realist, inspirational people who is so underrated. Her vulnerability & purpose in what she speaks about is so beautiful to watch. One of the best interviews I've watched in a longggg time
Ooooh, man, I'm so glad you invited this incredible human being to talk about everything she went through over the years. I always appreciated her honesty. This interview is on another level. So heavy, cathartic, pure, comfortable.. you can see it meant a lot to her, to be able to speak her mind and feelings without being interrupted or judged. I grew up listening to her music and her interviews, and in countless moments it just helped me to get in touch with what I'm feeling and to push through, it's even impossible to put it in words. Thank you, Jess. I just want to give you the biggest hug ever and I love you as much as it's possible to love someone you've never met. 🌛
I love Jessie J, she has an incredible voice and presence. It's heart breaking that she went through this alone but I'm proud that she spoke her truth and found healing. May you continue to shine in whatever ventures you go into J. Undeniably one of the best voices I've ever heard. ❤️
This is absolutely incredible. This woman is clearly such a rare a special soul. Since the age of 10 i have related to her in ways that i can't put into words. Her kindness and understanding of the world has helped me become the woman i am today at 23. She truly see the meaning of why we are all here and the importance in emotions and connections. Her strength and courage to be real and authentic inspires me to live life with love as the main purpose. Thank you for allowing her to share her story
One of the things I love about her is how gracious she is to almost everyone. She currently is a great singer, for me the best of her generation. When she talks about the grief coming up I relate, I had a stroke the day my dad passed away and at times you cant stop the grief just coming to the surface.
Such a strong women, you can feel the pain that she feels! knows her worth and believes in herself now. You only need that 1 person who's got your back no matter what. Spread your wings and fly high! Amazing person, no one comes close
I never knew Jessie had Ménière’s disease, that’s what I have, that makes me feel so less alone, I can relate so much. Whenever I feel I make progress or feel at a good point in my life the Ménière’s kicks in and takes it all away. She’s amazing and a huge inspiration ❤️
Jessie is so unbelievably articulate, her raw and unfiltered honesty just shows how she writes such incredibly relatable and visceral songs. I want her back in the music space in her own right, show the world Jessie, true Jessie, the journey of your life as it happens, authentically. She’s an incredible person
I saw Jessie J in Cambodia when I lived there. I was in such a conflicted state on mind, wanting to move home but feeling there was more to do and learn abroad. After the concert, I fell down the stairs and dislocated my shoulder, needing surgery that couldn't be performed in Cambodia - thus making the decision for me to move home. It was the best thing for me. I fell in love with my now husband during those first 6 months back home and got to live with and help raise my nephew for 5 years. Such a blessing. I totally understand what Jessie means when she says that her health protects her. I think mine does too.
I am signed to a indie label and this made me feel less lonely honestly I feel like she’s speaking from my mind and letting out all the truth that artists often experience but not talking about ,all this time I thought that i was being too sensitive or dramatic about everything but now I know that I’m not crazy , I now know that a lot of us is going through the same things and as artists we have the right to ask for the right team and the right ways of achieving our dreams.
Love her grounded POV (she’s really humble and positive) - one of the greatest artists of our time. This lady is in a class on her own, love her and want the best for her. ❤
Speechless. I'm speechless. This is instructive. I've never been so moved by a simple anecdote as that she tells with the boy in the hospital. Pleading ''I want to stay here''. The parent of two boys it stayed with me to the point of not being able to not think about it the following day. I don't remember ever being affected by such an anecdote. Testimony of what she's struggled against also struck me down. I don't recall an interview like this.
I never thought that I would hear words that could perfectly explain my experience with grief until I heard this. I legitimately burst into tears while just working away on my computer. Thank you thank you thank you.
1h 50 min with Jessie J? Thank you so much Steven! I teared up listening only just the preview, I have a feeling this episode will take me some time to get through. Xx
My love for Jessie is so deep and I love that I get to watch her open up and share sides to her life we never would have had access to . May she find herself better than she sought out to
loved the interview and loved the way you listened and did not interrupt your guest's conversation. she went through a lot and she's so positive. I wish her all the best, she deserves it.
I'm a 58 year old man who just wants to give jessie a massive hug and tell her everything will be good one day soon wish I had have been a manager instead of a plumber who could help her find what she deserves my 21 year old daughter introduced me to her music I've always loved soul and R&B and beats and J J s music reminds me of music I liked at her age.

Looking forward to this! Your guests are amazing Steve big love Jessie J❤️
Wow
I love You ❤️ Jessie J 🇧🇷 I will be there 🇧🇷 Rock in Rio 2022✌🏽
What an amazing journey of a conversation!
Honest, raw and relaxed.
A beautiful flow and a generous sharing of emotion.
Thank you for sharing the experience.
A moment to be savoured…x❤️🌤
Ultrasounds aren’t good for babies. My friend had a miscarriage hours after one. There’s no good reason for an ultrasound other than a month before delivery if in utero surgery is required. Other than that, it doesn’t help the baby.

By the pool my 7 year old daughter was desperate to say hello but too scared and got upset and shied away. I approached Jessie and told her my daughter was too afraid to come over. She is just a beautiful soul and she knows her proposed in life.
An amazing Story!!!
❤❤❤
Awe that's such a lovely story ❤
Thank you for sharing this
I love the way Steven allows his guest to spill their guts and never interrupts them. This is so unusual and that’s why his interviews are SO good.
It's honestly one of the best interview techniques, even police use it. If you stay quiet, the person will speak because humans tend to not like silence for too long. It works so well in this setting because the person really gets to think and speak without interruption. So good.
That's because he's crap at asking interesting questions
Yes I love that too
@@willowwale2000 Ah yes, that must be why he's found such success.
He allows people to speak because he is shit at asking question
She needs a team to match her talent. One of the best singers there is and has a platform nowhere near big enough. Love her and love this interview.
💯
Honestly, a consistent team that has her highest good and interests in mind as well
If not the biggest, her vocals are a powerhouse.

This moment right here !!
even if you are bringing a plate of food...
Thanks for sharing that, I am so happy for her
I did the same, it brought tears to my eyes!
Thank you for your message I checked and yes her dream of having her own family came true! So happy for her 💖
I love how you let her speak her feelings without interrupting, this such a good example of a host truly listening to what their guest is saying!
Correct.
Yes! This! So rare to have an interviewer who lets the other person speak! He’s amazing
He's wonderful, isn't he!
True
Couldn't agree more!
So sorry for your loss
I'm sorry you are going thru this. I hope you begin healing
Stephanie Coloma, fame is a dangerous thing. It's what & how they used fame that is dangerous.
Thats what its all about. The label can constrict people so much and its sad she felt that she couldn't have what she really wanted. Then you see Adele, the label let her do what she wants so I wonder if how you approach the executives on what she feels is right for the album from her perspective.
Adele s with XL Recordings. They are a big exception. They had The Prodigy as well, a reason they could stay true to themselves.
2-3 years of Jessie she wasnt "in industry" big way yet and that showed in more unique songs and lyrics. After that no wonder burnout of sorts(loosing motivation of this career) happened for a bubbly person like her.
Whitney Houston was a victim and got a killed. All these musicians are victims
Yes, she felt comfortable
I love when interviews with artists aren’t just about their music, but how they are as a person❤️💯
Totally agree 👍, the interview was amazing.
The Davina McCall one is mind blowing too if you have the time xx
@@sarabartlett4995 watching davina and Steven was like watching a movie and a book beat the pants of any thing on a tv !
She’s been through so much yet tries to stay so positive. Takes a special human being to be able to do that.
Honestly; ppl get taken out by a lot less

@@TheDiaryOfACEO Jessie J’s problem is that despite being an exceptional vocalist, she failed to create a fandom. Big artists like Gaga, Nicki, Ariana, all created a world for fans to live in. Barbz, Little Monsters etc. They have icon looks. Think Michael Jackson. She need to explore creatively and forget about radio friendly songs. She will then develop a better fan base for her music to thrive off. Radio will then follow her fans demand

Jessie has been so brave to share her story so openly with us, this episode was truly a gift 🙏🏾
Glad you enjoyed. Thank you 🙏🏽
SO TRUE. I AM IN TEARS LISTENING TO HER

I love her vulnerability. She’s taught me a lot by simply being open
She’s just everything. Her passion is infectious. You feel her soul in everything she says.
Watching this knowing Jessie J got the child she wanted and deserved is just ❤️
Thank you for a great show.
I’m 61, and love Jessie J. What a fantastically open and honest chat. She’s real. She’s human. Know your worth lovely lady. Love from Wales 🏴
Uu Wales, is The Lochness monster real lady?
I watch all the these episodes and very rarely comment but this one is the most real, honest and genuine one,she speaks about her feelings like she's just talking to herself yet it resonates with almost all of us.. brilliant watch,I was gripped from her first word.
❤️
I totally agree. Heavy gripping...
Totally agree x
I would love to meet jessie j
The honesty in her humanity is so powerful, so breathtaking.
Jessie is a beautiful soul. This was raw and transparent, but her vulnerability is so beautiful.
Jessie J, your story about the death of the little boy, your mother's response that sometimes God needs his angles closer. It has me sitting here with tears running down my face. I lost my dad at 20 months, he died in a plane crash. I have always felt his loss, never got over it. Thank you for this gift.
What a beautiful human. Way too emotionally intelligent and empathetic to the world to ask her to articulate herself with words. Such a good episode.
I hope this lovely lady gets everything she wants in life.
She doesn’t need a manager. She needs a mentor.
Bingo
Thanks for listening 🙏🏽
Grief is not highlighted alot, even after moving on, you're always grieving. So thanks for highlighting that Jessie❤
Awww such a stunning memory ❤️🥳🥳
I never knew how much Jessie has gone through... I was actually looking forward to her new album after "I Want Love" I hope she can make new music soon that she actually likes and is satisfied with. We'll be here for you, queen!
Yes never knew why it seem like her showtime was never enough
@Jack Quentin welcome to 🐀 race. Have you ever concerns doing breathing exercises/meditation/yoga and minimise sugar and junk food consumption
She’s so inspiring and I’ll be eagerly awaiting her happy ending - she deserves it
I had no idea THIS was the woman behind one of my favorite voices. I love her talent so much more.
She is so emotionally intelligent ; child of a social worker truly
Right!

Xxxx
This is the most open I’ve ever seen Jess, I’ve been a fan (heartbeat) for half of my life (13 years almost) and never ever have I seen this side of Jess so open honest, vulnerable and raw
You really think you know majority of somebody until they really open up.
I’m so proud of you Jessica, Lysm!
Yes she has never gone into this much detail
Me too! She's such a beautiful soul and I'm so glad she got chance to be vulnerable and speak her truth❤
he is the one interviewer on youtube who lets his guests TALK! LOVE him and the interviews he does!
I don't feel burdened by Jessie's truth. I just feel connection and admiration. Your pain is not other's burden just because you shared it.
I hate that she feels the need to apologize for crying and being emotional when she talks about heavy topics. Because I can imagine people criticizing her for it. Not here though, which is great.
It’s a London thing!
Is anybody else listening to Jessy and thinking, " what a lovely down to earth, real woman. Just loved listening to this interview. ❤

Yes, Melanie Chisholm aka. Sporty Spice. Amazing interview on this channel with her and Steven.
That little boy story in the hospital at night is just so heartbreaking 😢
Her statement..."No one else in your life can give you what they gave you (referrimg to those we have lost) and having to find it for yourself"... hit hard. I lost my mom last year and she was literally my everythimg. She articulated what I have been dealing with. Grief is such a challenging part of life but also reminds us of the purest love we had the opportunity to experience. I liked her before but have a new found respect for her
💕
Amazing Jesse - such honesty and bravery to talk about how she has coped with life's tragedies and difficulties, and the difficulties being famous, and young! She should be a youth ambassador. Massive respect for taking time out for yourself.

This is one of the best interviews I have ever seen. So deep, so honest, so open. Tears and laughter. Will watch again and again. Thank you.
What a lovely talented beautiful girl I miss seeing her on TV she is not alone we all love her .
I love jessie J! that's all!
I don’t think I’ve ever heard such an honest, deep and impressionable interview and artist. This was everything. Props to her for this awareness, honestly and vulnerability and props to the interview for being an incredible interviewer and listener
What a truly inspirational woman. Extremely moving to listen to all her experiences. She seems such a authentic and genuine person.
I don’t even have the words. Blown away by Jessie. Really wish her all the best for her future ❤
I really hope one day she finds the team and people she deserves because she deserves the world. ❤
She’s just incredible ❤ the most genuine person! I wish her all the happiness she deserves❤
I luuuuuv how open she is. it's soooo refreshing in a world where everything feels a bit shallow. love these talks
Nice to hear integrity and genuineness, isn't it...
This is so refreshing, a host who knows how to listen and not interrupt.
Steven definitely has the craziest contact list… it’s never ending
Bro
May she find herself better than she sought out to
What an open and honest conversation. Jessie is a beautiful person inside and out and I hope she'll find her team ❤
loved the interview and loved the way you listened and did not interrupt your guest's conversation. she went through a lot and she's so positive. I wish her all the best, she deserves it.
