This is the same thing we learned from Henry B Eyring & Dieter F Ucktdorf. It's simple stuff, lessen our stress by helping others, we should all do this a lot. We love that you share about doing meditation!
We learned that meditation helps us know how to pray better.
Heavenly Father wants us to know what we need not what we want thru meditation we can learn more of that.
