Worth more than sparrows ? The word worth translates to the unimaginable cost for the possible salvation of mankind. Salvation cost GOD more than creation itself. We are nothing without CHRIST. GOD needs nothing.

Side comment, not about the preacher, but about the venue: The older I get, the more I'm coming to appreciate Christian places of worship that are without overly pretentious decor or elaborate design. #bland
Further on v. 1a: majestic in all the earth, it may prove difficult to locate God in earth, as in any relation to earth, our dwelling place. But fret not. In Genesis 1, God creates active and present in the time-space domain of which we will be custodians; he acts in history and demonstrates this by working in the same cadence of successive days that we work in. Our work echoes his, and his is in the history in which we ourselves work and rest. The 'days' bring 'heaven and earth' together. Distinctly different domains, but both the place of God's action and presence. Thus the 'days' are not symbolic, figurative, or spiritual, but are real, as our connection with God is real and his action in our 'life-world' is real.

There is only ONE Gospel: The Gospel of Reconciliation.
Jesus Christ came into THEIR kingdom to reconcile fallen angels unto Himself.
We are the fallen angels kept in DNA chains of darkness.
If you do not confess being a fallen angel in Satan's kingdom, then you are an unbeliever.
Unbeliever = those that claim to be made in the image of God.
