The second part to this song is ridiculously amazing... the transition from one tempo to the other, with such sneaky poly-rhythmic subtleties... finishing with such a broader dynamic than what it carried throughout the beginning of the track... just so CAREFULLY written and composed. I love you, Imogen.

He said when it comes to filming public things like this, you have no reasonable expectation to privacy when you're out in public so permission is not needed to film you. However, when it comes to Media like music videos, TV shows, and movies, the exception is "any reasonable amount of engagement", AKA the camera is focused on somebody for an extended period of time or members of the TV show / movie / music video interact with the person in any way, shape, or form beyond simply passing them. They would have to sign a release waiver. So if I am correct in my recollection of what he told me, then people on the street passing her would not need waivers but those people she danced with would have to sign waivers.
