Niranjan Khandekar, you are absolutely right. To be honest i like today's Sir lecture only.. i don't mean others' teaching are bad but i would like to reiterate that most of the lecture given by today's Sir are easy to remember and highly beneficial to everyone especially the way he write pictorially more of the lecture. Others' lectures are more or less similar to audio lecture and it's hard to remember everything. Visual lecture is much better as far my knowledge is concerned. Thanks!

The parliament sessions are conducted thrice in India. Budget session(February to May), monsoon session(July to September), winter session (November to December). During these sessions a number of bills are to be presented and new laws are to be passed or amendment of existing laws are to be done. Also the parliamentary sessions are often disrupted by chaos or walkouts by opposition. So, the ruling party tries to table as many bills as possible and get them passed without proper discussions.wheras this should not be the case. Before any bill or law is passed there should be enough discussions to reach consensus among the members of parliament keeping nation's interests in mind. For that matter parliamentary committees are formed. There are permanent committees viz public accounts committee, estimate committee and temporary or adhoc committees which are formed for a particular bill and dissolved later on. Like the DNA technology committee. These committees are constituted by the speaker of parliament and consists PM, members of opposition, an expert of the field. These committees work unbiased and in the national interest as the members elected for these committees do not fall under the ambit of any political whip. But the final decision remains upon the government to take the committees advice or not. As is seen in recent times only a few bills are forwarded to these committees;as a result the bills passed is only on the basis of majority and not on the basis of any discussion. So these committees must be strengthened ;in terms that every bill be compulsorily sent to them and discussed to reach upon consensus and then passed for the greater good of the people. P. S.
