- The Video Lecture explains the concept of Triple Talaq in detail. Triple Talaq was 'set aside' by the Supreme Court in 2017. The Govt is seeking Parliamentary approval for Triple Talaq bill. Once passed a husband pronouncing Instant Triple Talaq on his wife can be sentenced to 3 years in jail.

Don't know why ppl have disliked such a video!! Awesomely explained. Sir my doubt:
Since this bill is passed n going to be law soon, won't this be misused like dowry law too? As u mentioned it's based on utterance, if we think other way, how will a guy prove he is innocent!? So this law assumes woman who raise such cases are all true &arrests a man instantly just cz it's cognizable offence !! This isn't good. Cuz I have heard of many cases wherein guys who are into vicious cycle of proving themselves guilty cz of false dowry cases on them!!
I have never seen such a talented person. Sir you are absolute gem. Your way of explaining a topic which is so typical and layered and needs alot of understanding is impeccable. Your way of explanation is undoubtedly the best, there is none like you.

Sir i have a question here for the argument made at 34:23 (mens rea).
•As per the argument, since triple talaq does not lead to divorce it can not be considered under mens rea.
(It Only according to the judgement passed by SC ,the divorce CANNOT be granted) but if the intention of the husband in saying talaq 3 times is actually to attain a divorce, then how is it possible for it not be considered under mens rea?
(Though the crime have not happened but the intention was to commit a crime).
Then u have domestic violence case
