Since Chris refused to answer the reason why CPS came to the house, then the Teacher who called Cps on behalf of Sebastian should come forward and tell what Sebastian told her.
The child was a minor and CPS protects their privacy. Since Sebastian is not presumed deceased CPS is still silenced.
The teacher is silenced from speaking publicly by rules of confidentiality but if Seth is shared custodian and listed as a parent to contact on the school records, he can ask to speak to that teacher AND see his file at school and any CPS and non CPS referred incidents
What is after the holidays - bacause that is the time custody will went over to Seth. I would assume that is the moment he can't

Joint custody means they share custody all the time, no child support. Seth AND Katy should both be notified for anything anytime.

@@Linda-ti5dh she has to know what happened to Sebastian. At the very beginning of this Chris said that she knew. They both know. That’s why they aren’t looking for him and why as soon as that picture of the boy that looked so much like him was published Chris said “that’s not him”. Seth thought it was and Katie played along and said it could be him. But not Barney Badass Chris… he wanted us all to know he knew it wasn’t Sebastian. He also said early on that this case would go down in history.
Unless Seth reported to CPS himself or the person who originally reported included Seths contact info in their report, CPS wouldnt of contacted him. They don't care. And If there's no evidence of physical abuse they will simply close the case no matter how many reports were made. Seth would of had to file for an Emergency Custody order to get Sebastian removed from the house, but he said he didn't have any knowledge of anything going on.
Well sadly we can't prove that Seth wasn't notified by mail . Generally bio parents and all involved parties get notified by mail after CPS comes to the home .
I'm hoping they find Susan powell at some point. Just evil what this man did!

Hi everyone! Don’t forget to thumbs up. You’re definitely on to something. I know CPS can’t come right out and tell us everything but if and when KP and/or CP are charged we’ll know a lot more. Chris has been lying about why CPS had “a” case opened because of Sebastian. I wouldn’t be surprised to find out there’s been several cases opened on him. They are threatening anyone that’s trying to help find Sebastian. Only one reason for that! They’re guilty and don’t want him found. I hope wife #6 is named Bubba and CP meets them soon.

I think children services needs to be overhauled. Excellent pay, benefits, recognition and strict monitoring.
The law is very broad. It says best interest of the child for every state, but to courts that means a relationship with both parents
I remember this case, horrific outcome. Josh was very controlling. His own father was also keeping journals of explicit fantasy thoughts of himself and Susan his daughter in law. Very sad.

Parents would be less likely to try this crap, if LE made arrests and sent the message out, that crimes have consequences and punishment. Nope almost 3 years and Summer has not been found, and I'm thinking to Chris and Katie Proudfoot who seem a bit stressed to say the least, and have a very rocky marriage that has been circling the drain...Don and Candus Wells appear to be living their best life., no charges, no arrests and that example of a missing child, no leads, no jail might have been the little push , or the tiny spark that started making a bad idea sound like a good idea for the Proudfoot's who were having problems and saw this as an answer. IMO

Both Summer and Sebastian cases are from the State of Tennessee, people watch and learn and also watch to learn what not to do. Don't you think with as long as Summer has been gone, the Proudfoot's were watching, learning, and taking it all in.? I did not state that the Proudfoot's were only following one true crime case...you did. Im sure they were watching anything and everything. I mean after all,this was not just some light bulb moment one morning, thinking this was the answer to their so called problem. I think sentences for the death of a child should start with the average age the victim would have lived to, if they had not been taken too soon.

Not an expert here,but im autistic ,my favorite subject is psychology specually Narcissistic Persoanlity Disorder,and ive listened to hindreds if not thousands of hours of true crime ,one thing that most Familicide perpetreros ,serial killer ,psycopaths have in common is having NPD, they say not all NPD sre serial killers ,but almost all seial killers are Narcissist,and Mr Sylvester the Proudfootpussycat, exhibits i believe the criteria required for a diagnosis,he is totally involved

Unfortunately this isn’t news. CPS has had “issues” for years resulting in some kids being unalived. Seems to be all over.
Parents are responsible for the safety and well-being and basic needs. Child Protection Services and courts must hold parents to that shared societal standard. Children are not simply property.
DA needs to prosecute these parents w circumstantial evidence period!
I remember this case. It's disgusting that the court bent over backward for Josh. The Judge has the blood of Braden,and Charlie on their hands. I'm still traumatized from this. It's time for judges etc to get prison time. Don't even get me started on Ross Hunter,and Dimslee.( Oakley Carlson)

Yes, I remember that case. The family courts and the system will not separate kids from parents no matter what. They even make some kids visit in prison. If they do separate them, it is temporary and they "reintegrate" and the custodian has to go along with it or lose custody. This is probably one reason Seth could not do anything about Sabastian and abuse

Hi, Don B, central Texas just experienced golf ball size hail storm for approx 10mins followed by showers.
I recall 2012 incident. Man was accused of murd***** the boys mother (reason boys were in protective custody) Extremely sad!!!!!!!! His father had unhealthy attraction toward SP.

The Powell case was so horrible. Both authorities in Washington State and Utah completely drop the ball and failed to protect the kids, charge him for his wife's death.

Apparently, seth is 43, katie is 34. He started dating her when she was very young, younger than the age of consent at the time. If its true, it explains the whole vigil situation where chris came up on seth aggressively. He most likely threatened him to stop talking bad about him and katie, or else he's going to tell the public what he did to katie. Again, this is just what I've been hearing as of late. I haven't looked into it yet to confirm. Some people are speculating that sebastian wasn't even a child made out of love, but out of something much darker. I wanna stress one final time that this is what other sleuths and creators are saying around the internet. I dont want anyone to believe it if it turns out not to be true, but I think it should be brought up and should be looked into to confirm.

In Summer's case CPS involvement together with her starting school, seems possible that perhaps she was taken to live far away and basically given a new identity. Sadly she could have been taken away for more nefarious reasons but it's always stuck with me that someone drove her away from there at the request of her parents. Back to present day, we have another case of CPS involvement and problematic custody issues that has had all the parents at odds and Sebastian disappeared into thin air. And again I just can't shake the feeling that he was taken/sent somewhere far away. This is my own opinion and it's always for entertainment purposes and preferably constructive conversation but healthy debates work too. Sorry for the long post but this is the first time I have felt so strongly compelled to speak on this.

I remember the Powell case. Just horrific. I don't how you can anticipate, let alone stop these monsters. There's only so much CPS, or the police, or the family can do. We've got it going on right now here in Ohio with Chad Doerman. 3 little boys gone because this guy snapped somewhere along the line. It's just evil. Evil people do evil things. You'd have to be psychic to stop them.

I've wondered if Summer Wells was sent to live with friends because the parents knew CPS was going to take her. People tend to have cynical ideas of what happens to little girls if CPS gets ahold of them.
