- Blizzard continue to play whack a mole with the community, every time a newfarm method comes up WHACK the hammer comes down. This time targeted at the raid farm methods that players were using.

and that's how this game should work.
Nerf farming AF and give more reward for endgame content.
Right now reaching 70 lvl is just for talents, it gives nothing more.
I was tricked into thinking i got my timerunning character into retail when you get to max level.... turns out you don't get to transfer until the event ends..... in 3 months..... why not just let people be crazy op, i just don't understand are they trying to balance something that's already wildly unbalanced? If someone wants to farm frogs or lfr to be able to farm frogs and lfr faster why stop them? There's no content that they would need to stop players from getting too strong for? Theres no pvp or endgame in timerunning i just do noy understand what their goals are here. The cloak isn't even 1 to 1 scaling for alts, theres a cap for alt cloaks so like what are they doing other than nerfing people's fun?
That's a very good point tbf - why nerf an "exploit" like the frogs when it's been in the game for over 6+ years? That spot used to be THE SPOT for farming coins and now they decide to "fix it" just because?
This is cool I'm glad they are keeping up with nerfing farming methods I just wish they would announce their intentions as soon as the mode launches. "Hey guys our intent is for you all to enjoy a variety of activities so be aware if you come across some method of farming bronze it's going to be nerfed." Easy, would avoid like 80-90% of the backlash
You have 3 months, lol why can't people just chill and enjoy themselves, you are not getting paid here, it's not a job
True, I guess this mainly aggrevates the people who play WoW as a job perhaps - streamers, content creators, etc. Or the peeps who like to break records or farm a lot
I don’t see why people are rushing at this let’s farm all the threads .. I have a few level 70s . Remix hasn’t even been out a month. Blizzard is nerfing them to keep players engaged bc you can’t do anything with your REMIX characters till Remix is over & they don’t want it to be a dead game after a month,
I log in daily so my daily dungeons, scenarios, & raids and that keeps me engaged to casually farm bronze along with doing achievements . That has given me and my clock some very nice stats in a way I think blizzard (this is MY opinion) intended this event to go.
Also we haven’t even heard what the stats.. gems.. etc will change iinto once this event is over.
Again this is MY opinion.
Because, if like me you have limited time to play, then you want to be able to get invited into groups for heroic SoO or even breeze through repetition runs of normal SoO so you can get the tusks that are 1 per normal and 4 per heroic. Meanwhile you are competing with people who did do the goat/frog farm pre nerf, and are now demi-gods. It makes it significantly harder to not only clear content but even get invited to said content when there are those that have better cloaks then you and get prio'd for it. They literally have personal that watches over these farming methods and nerfs them every time a new one comes out, instead of focusing on a catchup mechanic that balances out the power between frog farmers and those who didn't frog farm.
If you have so much time to write something like this, maybe spend some of that time reading hotfixes or watch any of the news video. They added a shit ton of ways to farm threads.. also they tagged every frog farmer account. Sure there is no ban or cloak nerf for them yet, but crying how you can’t catch up to abusers is kinda funny. As you said, you need SoO farm for Shoulder, thats 5 HC run in the next 90 day.. oh wow
Wondering how is it gonna be even possible to complete.
Also if you are not getting invited, maybe start your own group?
Hc or Normal, it takes like 5 min to fill a raid party with people for any of the MoP raids.
Yeah i dont understand why People need to rush. I can understand it might be nice to clear a raid solo and feel super op, like 1-3times. But then. When you have every mount, every transmog etc. And its like 85 days left.
We want to level alts without going through the regular way of leveling alts...alt leveling first, transmog second.
It's honestly not about solo clearing or being op, it's about being able to meet pug requirements to join strong raid groups to get the SoO achieves and shoulders for a lot of people.
